WhichKeys.一、1.D并無(wú)A、C這種結(jié)構(gòu),但B項(xiàng)的those who倒是可以經(jīng)常見(jiàn)到的,those被一個(gè)who引導(dǎo)的定語(yǔ)從句所修飾。由于做主語(yǔ)的those與其謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞“is”在數(shù)上并不一致,故不能選用,只有D項(xiàng)是對(duì)的,這是一個(gè)由who引導(dǎo)的主語(yǔ)從句。2.C在以that引導(dǎo)的名詞性從句中,that沒(méi)有任何語(yǔ)義,它只起到一個(gè)語(yǔ)法符號(hào)的作用,它在從句中也無(wú)成分。這樣,如果選用A或D,則意思不完整。但B項(xiàng)是一被動(dòng)語(yǔ)態(tài),不合句意,因此,只有C項(xiàng)是正確的。英語(yǔ)中的以what引導(dǎo)的wh關(guān)系性從句相當(dāng)于漢語(yǔ)的“的字結(jié)構(gòu)”,“的”,此句可譯成“你所需要的”。3.B在從句中,其主、謂、賓俱全,

14、并無(wú)what的位置,故應(yīng)排除A。C項(xiàng)的because引導(dǎo)的是一狀語(yǔ)從句,可在本題中并無(wú)一個(gè)表示結(jié)果意義 的主句,故也不能選用。只能選用that,這是一個(gè)that引導(dǎo)的主語(yǔ)從句。這時(shí)的that一般不可省略不用,但如果采取形式主語(yǔ)的“it結(jié)構(gòu)”,句子又太復(fù)雜,一般可不用that。4.A如選B項(xiàng),則句中缺少成分,故排除之。賓語(yǔ)從句是不可以有疑問(wèn)語(yǔ)序的,所以C項(xiàng)也是錯(cuò)誤的。D項(xiàng)中的which應(yīng)改為that。因?yàn)閍nything做先行詞時(shí),后面定語(yǔ)從句的關(guān)系代詞必須用that。5.A很顯然,用where引導(dǎo)此句的賓語(yǔ)從句意思不通。賓語(yǔ)從句又不能使用疑問(wèn)語(yǔ)序,故只有A是正確的。6.A從表面上看,似乎選A不

15、對(duì),因?yàn)橹髡Z(yǔ)、賓語(yǔ)都有了,what還能做什么成分呢。但實(shí)際上give是可以有兩個(gè)賓語(yǔ)的直接賓語(yǔ)和間接賓語(yǔ)。在本句中her做間接賓語(yǔ),而what做直接賓語(yǔ),因此選A是對(duì)的。據(jù)此,如選其余三項(xiàng)句意則不完整。7.C此句不是指人,不能用A項(xiàng)。B項(xiàng)的whoever是一個(gè)wh關(guān)系性連詞,它具有“雙重功能”,既在主句中充當(dāng)成分,又在從句中充當(dāng)成分,而在這兒,它在從句中做主語(yǔ),而在主句中便找不到它所能擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)某煞至?。whom當(dāng)然也可引導(dǎo)名詞性從句,但只有在它充當(dāng)賓語(yǔ)時(shí)才用。故只有who是正確的。8.Cwh疑問(wèn)代詞和副詞(包括how, whether)都可以在其后面加上一個(gè)不定式,其作用相當(dāng)于一個(gè)名詞性從句,但w

16、hy除外。故A項(xiàng)須排除,如選B項(xiàng)則句子意義不完整。此用法中的what同名詞性的what作用完全相同,即what也要充當(dāng)成分。在本句中do已有賓語(yǔ)it, what無(wú)法安排,所以D項(xiàng)是錯(cuò)的。9.A分析參考第2、4、6題。10.CB和D項(xiàng)的句法都有錯(cuò)誤,that用得多余。A項(xiàng)雖句法并無(wú)錯(cuò)誤,但從意思上分析,主句的“沒(méi)人能肯定”,后面卻接了一個(gè)意思肯定的事實(shí),這是自相矛盾的。11.C從句法上看,which同what一樣,在從句中要充當(dāng)成分本句從句中并沒(méi)有它們的位置。從句意上看也不通,故排除之?!皌he question was because”在邏輯上是不能成立的。12.Cif和whether在此的用

17、法等同,可互換使用。13.C在此主語(yǔ)從句中,各個(gè)成分均已“客滿”,沒(méi)有what或which的位置。如果doing后沒(méi)it一詞,可以選用what或which,它們便可以做doing的賓語(yǔ)。that在此處不可省略。14.Bthat作為連詞,在此處引導(dǎo)一個(gè)主語(yǔ)從句,it是形式主語(yǔ)代替這個(gè)從句。如果選其余各項(xiàng),it便成了主句的主語(yǔ),此時(shí)it所指的意思含混不清,我們無(wú)法知道它代替的是什么。15.A如選B、C則意思不完整。如果與生活的實(shí)際相聯(lián)系,選D也不妥當(dāng)。16.A在英語(yǔ)中,“the reason is that+從句”這一表達(dá)方式才是正確、規(guī)范的說(shuō)法。because, because of只能做原因狀

18、語(yǔ),而不宜作表語(yǔ)。而“it/this/that is because”則為英語(yǔ)固定的習(xí)慣。17.C作為疑問(wèn)代詞的通格形式,常在它做主語(yǔ)時(shí)使用,如果賓語(yǔ)可以用賓格whom,但在現(xiàn)代英語(yǔ)中,做賓語(yǔ)時(shí)也可以使用who,如:Who/Whom do you think to be suitable for the job? who和whom做動(dòng)詞think的賓語(yǔ),可以本句中情況則不同。who是一個(gè)引導(dǎo)wh疑問(wèn)性從句的連詞,它在從句中做主語(yǔ),不能用賓格的whom。又因?yàn)橛⒄Z(yǔ)語(yǔ)法規(guī)定:疑問(wèn)詞一般總是要置于句首,而不管它是主句或是從句的任何成分。據(jù)此,B項(xiàng)是錯(cuò)的,而C項(xiàng)不是疑問(wèn)句形式。18.B從句法上分析,d

19、o在這是一及物動(dòng)詞,可它并無(wú)賓語(yǔ),而what當(dāng)填補(bǔ)這一空缺,how則不能做賓語(yǔ)。A項(xiàng)是疑問(wèn)形式,不能選。19.B根據(jù)第二句的回答,“有人說(shuō)他是一名推銷員”。這是指職業(yè),用what可以指職業(yè),其余均不能。20.Bhow作為引導(dǎo)賓語(yǔ)從句的連詞,它必須要位于賓語(yǔ)從句的句首,D項(xiàng)就是在這一點(diǎn)上錯(cuò)了。另外,how的第二個(gè)作用是修飾tired, 這時(shí)二者不可分開(kāi),而A項(xiàng)分開(kāi)了。C項(xiàng)缺少系動(dòng)詞。二、1.B該題考查同位語(yǔ)從句。that修飾先行詞word(話語(yǔ))。由于which不可以引導(dǎo)同位語(yǔ)從句,故排除D。句意為:丹比要我秘書(shū)傳話說(shuō)他下午會(huì)再打電話來(lái)。2.C該題考查賓語(yǔ)從句。explained后面有兩個(gè)賓語(yǔ)從

20、句,都由how引導(dǎo)。根據(jù)語(yǔ)境得知,病人是跟醫(yī)生解釋病是怎樣開(kāi)始的和怎樣因病放棄工作的,前一空要填how,故排除A、D;第二空填when語(yǔ)義不通,故排除B。3.B該題考查賓語(yǔ)從句。tell后面有一名詞短語(yǔ)和whether引導(dǎo)的從句共同作賓語(yǔ)。4.A該題考查when引導(dǎo)賓語(yǔ)從句,故用陳述語(yǔ)序,且用實(shí)際時(shí)態(tài),即一般將來(lái)時(shí)。如果when引導(dǎo)狀語(yǔ)從句,則要選C,從句謂語(yǔ)用現(xiàn)在時(shí)代替將來(lái)時(shí)。5.Cwhatever在此引導(dǎo)賓語(yǔ)從句,whatever在從句中作定語(yǔ),修飾help。句意為:這可憐的年輕人樂(lè)意接愛(ài)他能接受的任何幫助。6.Awhat在此引一感嘆句作recognize的賓語(yǔ)從句。how引導(dǎo)的感嘆句也可

21、以引導(dǎo)賓語(yǔ)從句。如:You didnt know how worried I was about you.你不知道我是多么的擔(dān)心你。7.Awhy在此此導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句作介詞on的賓語(yǔ)。根據(jù)語(yǔ)法規(guī)則B、C無(wú)法填入,由語(yǔ)境排除D。8.A第一空是由what引導(dǎo)的表語(yǔ)從句,what在此相當(dāng)于the school that; 第二空由when引導(dǎo)的非限制性定語(yǔ)從句修飾twenty years ago。9.B此題考查that引導(dǎo)的同位語(yǔ)從句,修飾doubt。同學(xué)們要注意的是:在肯定句中,doubt后面由疑問(wèn)詞或whether/if引導(dǎo);在否定句或疑問(wèn)句中,doubut后面由that引導(dǎo)。10.C該題是考查what引導(dǎo)的賓語(yǔ)從句。要注意he thought在從句中作插入語(yǔ)。句意為:店主不想賣掉他認(rèn)為不夠多的東西。
