What time is it? 教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備 l一張學(xué)生的課程表。 2學(xué)生上不同課程的照片 3錄音機(jī)或光盤。 4課件。 背景知識 英國中學(xué)課程設(shè)置 英國的義務(wù)教育為11年,即小學(xué)6年,中學(xué)5年。英國中學(xué)的年級劃分一般是延續(xù)小學(xué)的年級,即從7—11年級。英國中學(xué)的課程設(shè)置盡可能地保持科學(xué)技術(shù)、人文學(xué)科和藝術(shù)學(xué)科之間的平衡。開設(shè)包括英語、數(shù)學(xué)、現(xiàn)代語言,地理、歷史、科學(xué)、音樂、戲劇,信息技術(shù)、設(shè)計技術(shù)、美術(shù)與設(shè)計、個人與社會教育、體育、宗教教育等多項(xiàng)課程。其中科學(xué)

3、包含了生物,物理、化學(xué)和科學(xué)調(diào)查等內(nèi)容。美國中學(xué)課程設(shè)置 美國初中為6—8年級,高中為9 12年級。開設(shè)的主要課程有英語、數(shù)學(xué)、科學(xué),社會學(xué)、體育,音樂、美術(shù)。另外還有一些輔助課程,包括健康教育、外語、實(shí)踐等。和中國的語文課不同,美國中學(xué)的英語課被劃分為閱讀和語言藝術(shù)。美國中學(xué)的數(shù)學(xué)課和中國相比,教學(xué)目標(biāo)和難度相對簡單,主要學(xué)習(xí)代數(shù)。而科學(xué)集集物理、化學(xué)、生物、地球?qū)W等學(xué)科于一身。社會學(xué)也是是一門綜合性的學(xué)科,包括地理、歷史、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、憲法及公民的權(quán)利與義務(wù)等。 教學(xué)步驟 Welcome to the unit Step I呈現(xiàn) 1與學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流,引入本單元活題。教師說:You

What do you tell them?鼓勵學(xué)生給出自己的答案,如I like my school I tell my parents about classmates and sports接著教師呈現(xiàn)說I think you can tell them about your friends and teachers 2通過情境或照片,向?qū)W生呈現(xiàn)課程名稱。教師

5、說I am teaching English now.So I am your English teacher. 板書so。接著呈現(xiàn)各門課的教師授課的照片并問學(xué)生: Who is this teacher? What subject does he/she teach? He/She teaches……。板書 biology,geography,history等常用的課程名稱,幫助學(xué)生正確掌握讀音。 Step lI 操練 1指導(dǎo)學(xué)生完成課本A部分的練習(xí)。教師說:We have many subjects at school.Please look at the pictures i

6、n Part A Write the name of each subject under each picture. 2與學(xué)生一起看圖進(jìn)行交流。教師說Look at Picture One What subject does Kitty have? 8、,一邊說It's…Here is your schedule What lessons do you have today?鼓勵學(xué)生用剛學(xué)過的知識,根船實(shí)際情況回答。接著教師說:What’s the date tomorrow? What lessons do you have tomorrow?通過學(xué)生的回答檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生掌握情況。 2繼續(xù)利用課程表和學(xué)生的作息表,呈現(xiàn)新知識。教師說:What time is your Maths lesson? What time does your Chinese lesson begin?啟發(fā)學(xué)生根據(jù)實(shí)際情況回答It begins at…o’clock.板
