9、點）Wang LinMaryXu QianMike課 后 反 思我感到非常的幸運，作為一名年輕的教師，能有機會在縣公開課中展現(xiàn)自己。教學是永無止境的，我希望自己能夠在每一次的教學實踐里都能得到些許進步。這次的公開課我學到了很多的東西?，F(xiàn)反思如下：優(yōu)點：1. 教學目的較明確,通過本堂課的學習,基本上達到了預設的教學目標.2. 上課時面帶微笑，較有親和力。學生沒有陌生感，樂于參與到課堂活動中來。3. 導入自然，學生很快進入角色。由于借班上課，因此我以他們的英語老師作為導入點，引出生詞。學生很熟悉，易于引出生詞，并且使學生容易記住，邊學邊用。4. 能很好的對學生的回答作出評價，尊重學生。缺點：1. 上課的時候與學生的眼神交流還不夠到位，有個別手勢不夠美觀。2. 由于初次上這么大型的課，又是借班上課，深怕自己上不好，因此表現(xiàn)的不夠自信。3. 由于沒有充分備學生，個別指令語較難，學生一下子聽不懂，陷于冷場。4. 在閱讀前聽的這個環(huán)節(jié)中，我本意是讓學生看屏幕，然后進行聽的操練。結果由于自己一時疏忽，沒有提醒學生，致使有些學生在聽的過程中，低頭看書。自我反思有助于改造和提升教師的教學經(jīng)驗，經(jīng)驗+反思=成長。我希望自己不斷地在教學實踐中積累經(jīng)驗，在教學反思中健康成長。
