【學習目標】讓學生學會寫投訴抱怨類信件。
【自主學習】
一、什么是投訴信
投訴、抱怨類的信件也是考試常常涉及到的內(nèi)容,一般是當自己的正常生活受到騷擾、自己的利益受到侵害或當社會規(guī)范有失規(guī)范時,用來表達不滿情緒和提出批評。
所有的投訴信都有一個共同點,就是最終是要收信人解決問題,所以
2、需要提出解決方案。
★注意: 如果題目中沒有給出解決方案,那么就要根據(jù)投訴內(nèi)容中的不滿提出自己的解決方案。
二、怎樣寫投訴信
1、首段:表明來信所要投訴的問題,盡可能做到客觀禮貌,給讀者留下好印象。
2、主體段落:寫明投訴的原因、問題的經(jīng)過及產(chǎn)生的后果。可以說具體的理由,也可以說問題的具體體現(xiàn)方式。
3、結(jié)尾段:提出解決方案,不需展開。這段應(yīng)體現(xiàn)書信的禮貌原則,可以用類似“如果你能……,我將十分感激”這樣的表達方式。
★一般情況下,可以按照下面的思路行文:
a. 抱怨投訴行為
b.投訴內(nèi)容具體描述
c.要求彌補糾正賠償
d. 對被投訴人的敦促或威脅
