21、cadres in enterprise development in the模具課程設計計算說明書設計課題:墊片沖孔落料級進模具的設計系部:機械工程技術(shù)系班級: 模 具1121姓名: 李 佳 林學號: 2011554218組別及序號: 4-3指導教師: 王 鑫 鋁完成時間:2013年5月1日學校:常州工程職業(yè)技術(shù)學院前言沖壓加工作為一種零件成型工藝技術(shù),在產(chǎn)品制造中應用相當?shù)膹V泛。全世界的鋼材,有60%70%是板材,其中大部分是經(jīng)過沖壓制成產(chǎn)品的。在沖壓加工中,沖壓工藝與模具的合理性和先進性決定了沖壓產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量和沖壓加工的經(jīng)濟性。國內(nèi)模具技術(shù)水平正飛速的發(fā)展,隨著沖壓工藝與模具技術(shù)的深入研究

22、和發(fā)展,新技術(shù)、新工藝得到了大量的應用。在模具行業(yè)中,級進模(也叫連續(xù)模)由多個工位組成,各工位按順序關聯(lián)完成不同的加工,在沖床的一次行程中完成一系列的不同的沖壓加工。一次行程完成后,由沖床送料機按照一個固定的步距將材料向前移動,這樣在一副模具上就可以完成多個工序,一般有沖孔,落料,折彎,切邊,拉伸等等。通過本次設計的級進模具,可以鞏固模具理論知識,訓練我的設計能力、創(chuàng)新能力、知識綜合應用能力,全面提高我的綜合素質(zhì)。在本設計報告中,可以清晰的看到每次設計的步驟和結(jié)果,不斷地討論和學習,給我的級進模具的設計帶來了很大的幫助。全面的設計都有自己的不斷努力的結(jié)果,相信在今后的設計中,能夠給自己更大的

25、以采用復合工序的形式,以及連續(xù)模具的工序形式。具體的工藝方案如下:方案一:先落料,后沖孔,單工序模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式。方案二:落料和沖孔同時進行。復合模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式。方案三:先沖孔、后落料的連續(xù)模具結(jié)構(gòu)形式。三種方案中,單工序模具結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,工藝相對簡單,制造成本低,易于加工和模具的維修,但需要使用兩幅模具,也適用于小批量或試制件生產(chǎn)。其中所需工藝力相對較小,易于保證零件的精度,單個模具的制造成本低,但會導致綜合工序的模具數(shù)量過多,生產(chǎn)分序過多而導致總成本增加,降低生產(chǎn)率。級進模具(也叫連續(xù)模具)由多個工位組成,各工位按順序并聯(lián)完成不同的加工,在沖床上的一次行程中完成一系列的不同的沖壓加工,一次行程完成以

26、后,由沖床送料機按照一個固定的步距將材料向前移動,這樣在一副模具中就可以完成多個工序,具有很高的生產(chǎn)效率。同時,級進模具操作安全,易于實現(xiàn)自動化,減少沖床場地面積,減少半成品的運輸和倉庫占用等。復合模具可以把落料和沖孔兩個工序組合在一副模具上,一次性完成沖裁。但在模具零部件加工制造上比較的困難,成本較高。并且凹凸模容易受到最小壁厚的限制,而使得一些內(nèi)孔間距、內(nèi)孔與邊緣間距較小的下件不宜采用。根據(jù)墊圈的生產(chǎn)批量,材料的厚度,尺寸的精度要求等,選擇使用級進模具比較的合理。其模具結(jié)構(gòu)成本都比較的合適,以墊圈級進模具為載體的項目較為全面的將沖裁基礎知識進行了應用。合理的組合了項目理論知識并基于級進模具

27、的結(jié)構(gòu),學習單工序的沖孔、落料模具知識。三、沖壓模具總體的相關設計1、排樣設計設在先沖孔后落料的級進模具時,要先進行條料的排樣圖設計。根據(jù)安裝板工件的結(jié)構(gòu)形狀,可采用下圖所示的排樣方法。由于08鋼為及軟的碳素鋼,強度、硬度很低。而韌性和塑性極高,但存在時效敏感性,淬硬性極低,同時考慮生產(chǎn)用原材料條料的取值特點:條料的寬度B=D+2a=(25+2x1.5)mm=28mm其中:B為條料寬度的基本尺寸;D為條料寬度方向零件輪廓的最大尺寸;a為側(cè)搭邊值,查表1-11搭邊最小值可得。模具的結(jié)構(gòu)采用有側(cè)壓裝置進行送料,選取工件與條料之間的搭邊值為1.5mm,沖裁件之間的搭邊值為1mm(因為沖小孔時,凸模易

28、折斷,間隙應取大值)。2、材料利用率=A/(BS)100%=60.5%其中:A為一個步距內(nèi)沖裁件的實際面積;S為送料步距(相鄰兩個沖裁件對應點之間的距離);B為條料的寬度。3、沖壓力的計算該模具采用級進模具結(jié)構(gòu),采用彈性卸料、打桿出件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,沖裁力的相關計算如下:(1) 沖裁力:F=KLt=1.3(25+8)3.140.9360N43.6KNk為系數(shù)1.3;L為沖裁件的周邊長度,即刃口周長(mm);t為材料的厚度;為材料的抗剪強度(MPa),查表1-1可得。(2) 卸料力:FX=KXF=0.0443.61.7KN(3) 推薦力:FT=KT F=0.0543.62.2KN(4) 頂件力:Fd

29、=KdF=0.0643.62.6KN其中KX、KT、Kd表示系數(shù),其值查表1-14可得。因為采用彈性卸料裝置和下出料方式,壓力機的公稱壓力Fz=F+Fx+Ft=47.6KN.在上述計算中,沖裁力計算公式中的L值為落料周邊的刃口長度與兩個沖孔刃口周邊的總和,同時依據(jù)計算出的沖裁力并結(jié)合模具結(jié)構(gòu)及外形尺寸,初選壓力機設備為J23-6.3。其主要工藝參數(shù)如下:最大壓力為63KN,滑塊行程35mm,最大閉合高度150mm,閉合高度調(diào)節(jié)量35mm,工作臺尺寸(前后左右)200mm310mm,模柄尺寸2540mm。壓力機的選擇依據(jù)模具課程設計指導P118-5.12冷沖壓成型常用設備選取。4、壓力中心的確定

30、墊圈零件為對稱性的規(guī)則形狀,其級進模具中的刃口形狀,所以,模具的沖裁壓力中心與幾何中心重合。5、工作零件刃口尺寸的計算在進行零件刃口計算之前,先要考慮工作零件的加工方法及模具的裝配方法。根據(jù)模具結(jié)構(gòu)及產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)情況,比較合適采用配合加工的制造方法,這樣易于保證沖裁的刃口間隙,降低制造成本,簡化模具裝配工作,所以工作零件的刃口尺寸按照配合加工的方法進行計算。安裝板級進模具的刃口零件主要尺寸計算(單位:mm)如下:根據(jù)圖樣尺寸的精度和技術(shù)要求,因為圖中未標注尺寸公差,所以都選用IT14,查互換性與測量技術(shù)可得到以下結(jié)果:基本尺寸/mm標準公差等級IT6IT7大于至um61091518301321其

31、中,凸模的設計按IT6,凹模的設計按IT7選用,零件的主要尺寸為:250.26mm,80.18mm。凹凸模刃口尺寸計算中X=0.5,因為沖裁件的公差等級低于IT14或小批量生產(chǎn)時,取X=0.5。由于安裝板材料的塑性較大,材質(zhì)偏軟,結(jié)合經(jīng)驗考慮,刃口間隙值取12.5%t=0.225mm,通常刃口間隙的經(jīng)驗值取值范圍為(10%12.5%)t,該間隙查閱資料沖壓成型工藝與模具設計可得:當t=0.9mm時,Zmax=0.126mm,Zmin=0.09mm,所以符合模具的設計要求。1) 對于落料的公稱尺寸Dd=(Dmax-X)=(25.26-0.50.52)=25mm,上偏差為+0.021mm,下偏差為

32、0;Dp=(Dd-Zmax)=(25-0.090)=24.91mm,上偏差為0,下偏差為-0.013mm。經(jīng)p+dZmax-Zmin校核,滿足模具的設計要求。2) 對于沖孔的公稱尺寸dp=(dmin+X)=(7.92+0.50.36)=8mm;dd=(dp+Zmin)=(8+0.09)=8.09mm。經(jīng)p+dZmax-Zmin校核,滿足模具的設計要求。6、沖裁模具主要零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設計工作零件的設計(1) 凸模結(jié)構(gòu)設計凸模的結(jié)構(gòu)設計形式主要由沖裁件的形狀、尺寸及加工工藝等條件決定,凸模刃口截面輪廓形狀通常為規(guī)則和不規(guī)則的,其結(jié)構(gòu)形式有整體式,鑲拼式,臺肩式,直通式和護套式等。由于凸模直接成型產(chǎn)品

33、零件,所以凸模本身有較高的加工精度要求,其與固定板安裝通常采用H7/m6的過度配合或較小的間隙配合形式。1) 沖孔凸模(臺肩式凸模)h1=12為凸模固定板的厚度;h2=12為卸料板的厚度;h3=8為到料板的厚度;h=15為附加長度,包括凸模的修磨量,凸模進入凹模的深度及凸模固定板與卸料板間的安全距離,一般為1530mm。查閱相關資料可知:h1=(60%80%)H;h2=(80%100%)H;h3取68mm。H為凹模的設計。d=8mm;D1=d+(35)=12mm;D=D1+(35)=16mm。2) 落料凸模:d=25mm;D1=29mm;D=33mm。(2) 凹模結(jié)構(gòu)設計沖裁時凹模受沖裁力和側(cè)

34、向擠壓力的作用,由于凹模各結(jié)構(gòu)形式的固定方法不同,受力情況又比較的復雜,目前還不能用理論方法確定凹模的輪廓尺寸。查表1-18(系數(shù)k值)可得:k=0.35mma、 凹模的厚度H(15mm)=kb1=250.35=8.75mm,所以H=15mm。其中b1為凹模寬度方向上刃口孔壁間的最大距離。b、 凹模寬度B的計算公式為B=b1+(2.54)H=25+315=70mmc、 凹模長度L的計算公式為L=L1+2C=34+222=78mm。其中L1為凹模長度方向刃口孔壁間的最大間隙;C為凹模長度方向上孔壁間與凹模邊緣最小,可查表1-19凹??妆谥吝吘壍木嚯x得C=22mm。凹模結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖:(3)、擋料銷的

35、設計擋料銷起定位作用,用它擋住搭邊或沖裁件輪廓以限定條料送進距離。查表1-23(固定擋料銷)可得基本尺寸:7、設計和選用卸料板及卸料螺釘(1) 卸料板:卸料以卸料板卸料,固定卸料板的平面尺寸一般與凹模板相同,其厚度由上面的設計可得h2=12mm,固定卸料板的卸料力大,卸料可靠。根據(jù)以上信息可設計得出卸料板的結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖所示:(2) 卸料螺釘:選用45鋼,熱處理硬度HRC3540的圓柱內(nèi)六角卸料螺釘,卸料板上設置4個卸料螺釘,公稱直徑為8mm,卸料釘尾部應留有足夠的行程空間,卸料螺釘擰緊后應使卸料板超出凹模端面1mm,有誤差時通過在螺釘與卸料板之間安裝墊片來調(diào)整。8、橡膠彈性元件的選用及計算橡膠的

36、壓縮量不能過大,否則會影響其壓力和壽命。壓縮量L=L工作+L修磨mm=1+7mm=8mm。其中,L工作為卸料板的工作行程,L修磨為凸模總修磨量,一般取510mm。橡膠的厚度H=L/(0.250.3)mm=29mm。(取0.250.3得平均值0.275)9、選擇模架及其它模具零件(1) 選擇模架:根據(jù)GB/T2861.5-90,由凹模周界78mm70mm,厚度15mm,及安裝要求,選取凹模周界:LB=(8080)mm,閉合高度H=125mm145mm,上模座:(808030)mm,下模座:(808040)mm,導柱:(3280)mm,導套(324050)mm。由以上可得模架如下圖所示:(2) 模

37、柄:由于壓力機的型號J23-6.3??刹榈哪1椎闹睆綖?0,深度為55,根據(jù)裝配的要求,模柄與模柄孔的配合為H7/m6的過渡配合并加防轉(zhuǎn)銷釘,模柄長度比模柄孔深度小510mm,由于采用固定卸料裝置,上模座回程時受力較大,因此選用壓入式模柄比較的合理,所以根據(jù)模具零件材料及熱處理的選用可查的模柄的結(jié)構(gòu)設計如下圖所示:(3) 墊板:墊板的作用是承受并擴散凸模傳遞的壓力,以防止模座被擠壓損傷,因此在與模座接觸面之間加上一塊淬硬磨平的墊板。墊板的外形尺寸與凸模固定板相同,厚度可取310mm,此處設計選取規(guī)格為LBH=78mm70mm8mm;(4) 凸模固定板:凸模固定板的外形尺寸與凸模的外形尺寸一致

38、,厚度為12mm,選取的規(guī)格為LBH=78mm70mm12mm。四、壓力機的校核(1) 公稱壓力 根據(jù)公稱壓力選取的壓力機型號為J23-6.3,它的壓力為 63KNFz=47.6KN.所以壓力得以校核;(2) 閉合高度 由于壓力機型號可得Hmax=150mm,M=35mm,H1=30mmHmin=Hmax-M=150mm-35mm=115mm。(M為閉合高度的調(diào)節(jié)量;H1為墊板的厚度,可查表開式雙柱可傾壓力機技術(shù)規(guī)格得到);根據(jù)GB/T 2851.3-90得模具的閉合高度為105mmH130mm,根據(jù)公稱壓力選用的壓力機比和高度為115mmH150mm,H墊=30mm,因為Hmin+10mmH

39、Hmax-5mm,即:125mm H 145mm,所以H=129mm,選預定壓力機J23-6.3符合要求。H=H上+H下+H凹+H凸+H墊-18=30mm+40mm+47mm+30mm-18=129mm。五、根據(jù)以上的設計分析,可以得出級進模具的總裝配圖1、 內(nèi)六角螺釘 2、 墊板 3、圓柱銷 4、內(nèi)六角螺釘 5、下模座6、 橡膠7、圓柱銷8、卸料板9、凸模固定板10、上模座11、墊板12、落料凸模13、模柄14、打桿15、內(nèi)六角螺釘16、打料板17、沖孔凸模18、導套19、墊板20、凹模21、導柱總結(jié)項目化的教育給我最大的觸動就是我能夠通過自己的努力去設計一套完整的工藝裝備。在這里,能夠找到

40、自己的自信,同時,項目化的教育是一個很好的展現(xiàn)自我的平臺。針對本次的沖壓模具設計,我深刻體會到設計其中隱含的困惑與疑慮。而這些的問題都要靠自己去查取相關的知識與理論,這不僅開拓我的知識面,也增強了我的動手能力和思維能力。圖表的識別是非常的重要,因為其中好多的零部件都是國家標準的,不需要過多的設計。這樣,自己的讀圖能力就必需要好。一分耕耘一分收獲,沒有徒勞而獲的好事。雖然說本次的設計,每個人的數(shù)據(jù)都是大不相同的,但是方法都是類似,結(jié)果的交流也是很有必要的。比如,當某個設計步驟不太清楚地時候,組員之間可以相互的進行溝通交流,或者通過對老師的咨詢來解決疑難問題。讓自己能夠得到更好地發(fā)展。所以,學習,
