<p>斗輪堆取料機履帶行走機構(gòu)設(shè)計【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計含8張CAD圖紙+帶開題報告+外文翻譯】-jxsj44</p><p>斗輪堆取料機履帶行走機構(gòu)設(shè)計【含8張CAD圖紙】</p><p>斗輪堆取料機履帶行走機構(gòu)設(shè)計</p><p>摘 要</p><p>作為主要的載重部件,履帶式行走機構(gòu)用來承受總重和機件在運行期間所受的力, 能讓機件完成前后移動。所以重型的器械的底座一般設(shè)計成驅(qū)動型履帶結(jié)構(gòu),并相對整機底座中心對稱。本論文主要論述行走機構(gòu)的動力分析,并通過分析完成整體的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。以完成機構(gòu)結(jié)構(gòu)之間相互安全、可靠、行動靈活的要求。</p><p>相較國內(nèi)外履帶式斗輪取料機的現(xiàn)狀,優(yōu)先了解目前主流的設(shè)計,在這個前提下通過類比各類履帶行走機構(gòu)的長處短處,確定設(shè)計流程。并確定行走機構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)組成,以及相關(guān)功能。期中導(dǎo)向輪、履帶架等主要結(jié)構(gòu)進行設(shè)計和零件選取,最終確定包括驅(qū)動組件、履帶和運動機構(gòu)在內(nèi)的完整的成型機方案。</p><p>本論文主要通過解析行走機構(gòu)的運動分析、受力原理、影響總體機構(gòu)行走的因素,從而達到安全、合理、靈活行動的目的。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞 履帶行走機構(gòu)設(shè)計;驅(qū)動裝置;運動分析;受力原理</p><p>Crawler walking mechanism </p><p>Abstract</p><p>Construction Machinery is a national economic construction and national defense construction in the importance of the use of technical equipment, construction in the national economy, especially in urban construction, civil construction, water conservancy, road building, airport construction, mining, pier construction, agricultural improvement, mechanical engineering is playing an increasingly important role.
