<p>WG20型蝸桿減速箱體加工工藝規(guī)程及鉆3×M6-6H螺紋底孔攻螺紋M6-6H、銑側(cè)面夾具夾具設(shè)計(jì)【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含11張圖紙帶工藝過(guò)程、工序卡+任務(wù)書+開題報(bào)告+外文翻譯+文獻(xiàn)綜述】-jjsj13</p><p>WG20型蝸桿減速箱體加工工藝規(guī)程及鉆3×M6-6H螺紋底孔攻螺紋M6-6H、銑側(cè)面夾具夾具設(shè)計(jì)【兩套夾具含11張圖紙】</p><p>摘 &nbsp;要</p><p>通過(guò)對(duì)蝸桿減速箱體的加工工藝路線的確定,該零件的加工以底面作為基準(zhǔn)是合適的,本加工工藝方案滿足粗基準(zhǔn)選擇的基本要求及精基準(zhǔn)選擇的四項(xiàng)原則。本夾具為專用夾具,該夾具的特點(diǎn)是針對(duì)性強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡(jiǎn)便、生產(chǎn)率高。在本次設(shè)計(jì)中,夾具的設(shè)計(jì)滿足機(jī)床夾具總體方案設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求,充分保證零件加工質(zhì)量,具有較高的生產(chǎn)效率和較低的制造成本以及具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程編制和工序?qū)S脢A具設(shè)計(jì)。我能綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和其它課程的基本理論和方法,為了能夠完成蝸桿減速箱體機(jī)械加工工藝及鉆床夾具的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí),應(yīng)用正確的設(shè)計(jì)方法,制訂了蝸桿減速箱體的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程。結(jié)合工藝設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,熟練應(yīng)用工藝計(jì)算方法,對(duì)相關(guān)工藝內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了正確的分析設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算,如切削力、切削功率、切削速度、工藝參數(shù)、定位誤差、夾緊力等。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞 機(jī)械加工 工藝規(guī)程 專用夾具 蝸桿減速箱體</p><p>Abstract</p><p>The graduation design is the main content of the machining process planning preparation and special fixture design process. I can comprehensive use of mechanical manufacturing technology and other basic curriculum of basic theory and method, in order to be able to complete the turbine speed reducer machining technology and drilling machine fixture design task, the integrated use of knowledge, and apply the correct design method, and developed a turbine speed reducer of the machining process planning.
