<p>時(shí)尚藝術(shù)板凳的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、一模單腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)17張CAD圖紙帶任務(wù)書(shū)+開(kāi)題報(bào)告+外文翻譯】-zsmj27</p><p>時(shí)尚藝術(shù)板凳的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、一模單腔】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>注塑成型工藝已經(jīng)在我國(guó)的農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、制造業(yè)、國(guó)防及日常生活等方面廣泛的運(yùn)用。為了探究注塑成型工藝的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程及其模具的設(shè)計(jì)制造過(guò)程,本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)參考相關(guān)書(shū)籍,結(jié)合生活實(shí)際,對(duì)整套注塑模具的生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)探究。</p><p>本文將對(duì)塑料板凳的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì),詳細(xì)描述了整套模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程。主要內(nèi)容包括塑件的基本介紹、塑件的結(jié)構(gòu)及成型工藝分析、材料的選擇及成型工藝、注射機(jī)的選擇及校核、模具的工作及結(jié)構(gòu)原理、澆注系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、成型零件的設(shè)計(jì)、側(cè)向分型抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、合模導(dǎo)向機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、溫度調(diào)節(jié)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、排氣系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)、推出機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)等。在正確的分析材料的特點(diǎn)和塑件的工藝特點(diǎn)后,運(yùn)用三維軟件對(duì)塑件和模具的設(shè)計(jì),制造及質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析;運(yùn)用CAXA軟件繪制完整的模具裝配圖和其主要零件圖。此次設(shè)計(jì)綜合運(yùn)用多中專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)、如模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造基本理論、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)、材料成型基礎(chǔ)、塑性成型工藝、計(jì)算機(jī)基礎(chǔ)技術(shù)、模具CAD/CAM等。</p><p>通過(guò)對(duì)整個(gè)模具設(shè)計(jì)的過(guò)程,進(jìn)一步加深對(duì)注塑成型工藝的了解,同時(shí)也鞏固了對(duì)成型工藝的類型、結(jié)構(gòu)、工作原理等的理論知識(shí),以及在實(shí)踐中總結(jié)并掌握模具設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵要點(diǎn)及其設(shè)計(jì)方法。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞: 成型工藝;設(shè)計(jì);制造;塑料</p><p>Abstract</p><p>Injection molding process has been widely used in China's agricultural、 industrial、 manufacturing、defense and other aspects of daily life. In order to explore the injection molding process and mold production process design and manufacturing process, this graduation design reference books, combined with real life, the production of injection molds for the entire design process detailed inquiry.</p><p>This article will bench plastic injection mold design, detailed description of the entire mold design process. The main contents include a basic introduction to plastic parts, design selection and verification, working principle and structure of the mold, pouring system structure and plastic parts molding process analysis, choice of materials and molding process, injection machine, forming part of the design, side parting pulling mechanism design, design-oriented organization designed to mold temperature control system, the design of the exhaust system, the introduction of design institutions. After the characteristics and process characteristics of plastic parts correct analysis of the material, the use of three-dimensional software for plastic parts and mold design, manufacturing and quality analysis; using CAXA software to draw a complete mold assembly drawing and its major parts diagram. The design of the integrated use of multi-professional knowledge, such as mold design and manufacture of basic theory, mechanical design, material forming the basis of the plastic molding process, basic computer technology, tooling CAD / CAM and so on.</p><p>Key points through the entire mold design process, and further deepen their understanding of the injection molding process, but also to
