<p>電話機底座的注塑模具設計及外觀結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新【側(cè)向抽芯機構(gòu)一模一腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設計含SW三維11張CAD圖紙帶開題報告+外文翻譯】-zsmj31</p><p>電話機底座的注塑模具設計及外觀結(jié)構(gòu)創(chuàng)新【側(cè)向抽芯機構(gòu)一模一腔】</p><p>摘 要</p><p>注塑成型工藝已經(jīng)在我國的農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、及日常生活等方面廣泛的運用。為探究注塑成型工藝及模具的設計制造,本次畢業(yè)設計通過參考相關書籍,結(jié)合生活實際,對注塑模具的生產(chǎn)設計和生產(chǎn)過程進行詳細探究。</p><p>本文是關于電話機座注塑模具的設計,詳細描述了整套模具的設計過程,正確分析塑件工藝特點和ABS材料的性能。主要內(nèi)容包括了對凸模,凹模,澆注系統(tǒng),脫模機構(gòu),選擇標準零件,設計非標件的設計過程。在正確的分析材料的特點和塑件的工藝特點后,運用CAXA、Solidworks等不同的軟件對塑件和模具的設計,制造及質(zhì)量進行分析。涉及模具結(jié)構(gòu)、強度、壽命計算及熔融塑料在模具中流動預測等復雜的工程運算問題;綜合運用了專業(yè)基礎、專業(yè)課知識設計;其核心知識運用多種專業(yè)知識,如塑料成型模具、材料成型技術(shù)基礎、機械設計、塑料成型工藝、模具CAD\CAM等。</p><p>關鍵詞:電話機座注塑模設計;塑料成型模具;設計</p><p>Abstract</p><p>Injection molding process has been widely used in China's agricultural、 industrial、 manufacturing、defense and other aspects of daily life. In order to explore the injection molding process and mold production process design and manufacturing process, this graduation design reference books, combined with real life, the production of injection molds for the entire design process detailed inquiry.</p><p>This article was about the phone mould design, based on the correct analysis of plastics technology characteristics and ABS material properties. A detailed introduction about the punch and die, gating system, the choice standard and demoulding mechanism design non-standard parts, parts of the design process was included in this paper. The problems were involved such as the mould structure, strength calculation, molten plastic, service life, and complex prediction of engineering operations, then mould design, manufacturing and quality were analyzed by using CAXA, Solid works and Mold flow software. The lid mould design compositivly applyed specialized knowledge, professional design and it's core knowledge is plastic molding,material molding technology ,mechanical design,plastic injection molding
