單元教材分析
1.新學期開始了,小學生重返校園。課本的第一單元正好以“My school”為主題,教師很容易引領學生開始新課的學習。此年齡段的小學生活潑好動、對于能用英語來表達自己在校園的生活很感興趣。教師要靈活采用多種教學形式,調動學生求知的欲望。教師要用對英語的熱情來感染學生,讓學生體會到英語語言的魅力。
2.本單元所學的內容與學生的學校生活密切相關。主要介紹了學校、教室以及學校內其它一些場所的英文名稱、如何詢問時間以及在校一天的時間安排、課下進行的一些常見的體育活動、星期的英文名稱等。本單元旨在讓學生能簡單描述自己在學校的生活。
Lesson 1 教學建議
1.教師帶領全班演唱歌曲“Hello, Boys and Girls! ”和“Who is in my classroom?”,這樣既調動了全班的學習氣氛,又能在復習上冊所學內容的基礎上進行新課的學習。
2.教師可以讓學生邊說句子邊做動作。例如:學生在說“This is my school.”時,邊說邊指著自己學校的圖片(教師課前準備好本學校的圖片);學生在說“I see boys and girls. / I see a teacher.”時,可以邊說邊指著相應的人物。
Lesson 2 教學建議
教師先讓學生看看Danny的教室里都有什么,然后讓學生畫出自己的教室。教師詢問:“Who is in your classroom?” “What is in your classroom?”,學生指圖作答。

問答:What can you see in the classroom? (e.g. two board, four lights, a TV, a teacher’s desk, many desks and chairs…) …
拼寫游戲:單詞(desk, chair, door, window, classroom, school, room)
新課呈現(xiàn)(Presentation)并操練(Practice):
1.播放自拍的關于學校全景的錄像,以呈現(xiàn)學校的各個場所:
(1) 教師引入:Now let’s watch TV. What can you see on TV?
Look carefully and tell us. OK?
S1:Oh, I see our school. Ss: Wow, this is our school.
T: Yes, this is our school. Wele to our school.
Ss: Wele to our school.
(2) 教學新詞—playground, 接觸新詞—gate:
錄像定格(gate): Where is it? It’s our school gate. It’s new. Let’s go inside school.
呈現(xiàn)(playground): What’s this? Wow, it’s a playground. It’s big.
Look, the children are playing in the playground.
學生學說:Playground↗↘.(出示圖片單詞卡)
This is our playground. It’s a big playground.
問題:What can you do on the playground? (Play football/basketball).
學說:Go to the playground, play football. (配合動作表演)
(3)教學新詞:teacher’s office
T: Now look, where is it? Is it the classroom?
Ss: No, it’s the teacher’s room.
T: Yes, you’re right. It’s the teachers office.
學生學說:teacher’s office Go to the teacher’s office, hand in the homework.

(4)以同樣的方法教學新詞:library Go to the library, read a story-book.
& canteen Go to the canteen, eat some noodles.
(同時接觸新詞:music room, art room, meeting room, puter room, W.C. etc.)
(5)教學句型:Where is the canteen/ classroom/…? It’s on the first/ second/ third floor.
a. 錄像定格教學樓四層的整體結構:Could you find your classroom? Where is it?
教師邊指邊提示:Is it on the first/ second/ third floor?
指導學生說:It’s on the third/ second/ first floor.
b. 問題:Where is the _______(teacher’s office/ library/ canteen/…)?
It’s on the_____ floor. (first/ second/ third)
出示句子,先朗讀而后學生進行同桌操練。
2.再次觀看錄像,然后進行說話訓練:
(1)問題e.g. Where are the children? (They’re in the playground.)
Where is Mr. Tong/ Miss Ye? (He’s in the teacher’s office.)
Is Jack/… in the canteen? (No, he’s in the classroom.)
……
(2)邊看邊用英語語言表達所看到的場景。(全體)
3.教學新詞:garden (幻燈顯示圖片)
問題: Where is it? Is it a playground? No, it’s a garden.
Is there a garden in our school? No, it isn’t.
What can you see in the garden? I can see the beautiful flowers/…
學說: Go to the garden, water the flowers. (配合動作表演)
4.新詞操練:
活動1:幻燈顯示,快速閃爍場景---where is it?
活動2:幻燈顯示,快速閃爍單詞---which word can you see?
5.說唱演:Let’s do.
(1)教師說:Go to the garden/ library/… 學生邊說邊演:Water the flower/….
(2)跟錄音機邊唱邊演(全體)
(3)同桌操練
6.活動:Guessing game ( Where are they? Or Where is he/she?)
A組看圖表演,B組猜:They’re in the teacher’s office/…
學生表演,其他人猜:She’s/ He’s in the …
課外活動:
聽錄音,跟讀單詞及Lets do.部分。
課外同桌合作參觀學校的各個場景,試著畫畫自己的學校,并能用英語標出場地的名稱。
