When mentioning writing a Proposal, ask the students to discuss the basic elements of a formal proposal.3. Ask them to talk to each other about the preparations before writing a proposal.Step 3: Skills building 1: listening for problems and causes 1. Ask the students to read the directions in Part A on Page58 to find out what they will listen for and what they are asked to do in this part.2.
