<p>六孔警燈注塑模設(shè)計(jì)【一模一腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含proe三維28張CAD圖紙+帶外文翻譯】</p><p>六孔警燈注塑模設(shè)計(jì)【一模一腔含28張CAD圖紙及proe三維】</p><p>摘 &nbsp;要</p><p>塑料制品具有原料來(lái)源豐富,價(jià)格低廉,性能優(yōu)良等特點(diǎn)。它在電腦、手機(jī)、汽車、電機(jī)、電器、儀器儀表、家電和通訊產(chǎn)品制造中具有不可替代的作用,應(yīng)用極其廣泛。注射成 形是成形熱塑件的主要方法,因此應(yīng)用范圍很廣。</p><p>本次的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是六孔警燈的注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)。 &nbsp;依據(jù)產(chǎn)品的數(shù)量和塑料的工藝性能確定塑件采用注射成形法生產(chǎn),模具的型腔采用單腔平衡布置。本次的設(shè)計(jì)中不僅參考了大量紙質(zhì)文獻(xiàn),而且在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上查閱資料,設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程比較完整。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞: 六孔警燈 ,注塑模具,單腔</p><p>Abstract</p><p>Plastic products are rich in raw materials, low price, good performance and so on. It plays an irreplaceable role in the manufacture of computers, mobile phones, automobiles, motors, electrical appliances, instruments and meters, household appliances and communication products, and is widely used. Injection molding is the main method of forming thermoplastic parts, so it has a wide range of applications.</p><p>This graduation design is the design of the injection mold for the six lights. According to the quantity of the product and the technological performance of the plastic, the plastic parts are produced by injection molding, and the mold cavity is balanced with a single cavity.
