Zoll reports their device also has a lower rate of being stopped in 85% of the cases in comparison to CPR that people perform using hands. The AutoPulse has been reported

Although the device appears to lead to good results, some first responders do not want to use the AutoPulse over the fear of a failure and the expense of one unit—about US$10,000 per unit.
