摘 要
雙速多用絞車是礦山輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備的一種，利用鋼絲繩循環(huán)往復(fù)工作，實(shí)現(xiàn)井下工作設(shè)備的運(yùn)輸功能。因其安裝方便、操作簡(jiǎn)單、投資少、費(fèi)用低、運(yùn)輸距離長(zhǎng)及運(yùn)輸連續(xù)性等優(yōu)勢(shì)，在煤礦生產(chǎn)中，作為主運(yùn)輸或輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備占有較大的比例。但是目前煤礦上使用的絞車大部分還處于五六十年代的水平，牽引力小，功能簡(jiǎn)單，功率小，效率低。盡管一些煤礦對(duì)其進(jìn)行的技術(shù)改造，但仍然滿足不了當(dāng)前礦井發(fā)展和生產(chǎn)的需要。為了進(jìn)一步做好絞車的改進(jìn)工作，本文設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的輔助運(yùn)輸設(shè)備：JSDB-140型雙速多用絞車。
JSDB-140型雙速多用絞車主要有電動(dòng)機(jī)、聯(lián)軸器、變速器、卷筒、底座等組成，整個(gè)系統(tǒng)配置的方便靈活，外形尺寸小，使用方便，價(jià)格較低等優(yōu)點(diǎn)受到越來(lái)越多礦井的歡迎。創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于將沿用多年的縱向排布結(jié)構(gòu)改為橫向?qū)ΨQ結(jié)構(gòu)，這對(duì)于工作空間限制極大的礦井生產(chǎn)帶來(lái)了方便，給工人操作和運(yùn)輸提供了便利。同時(shí)安裝絞車底座呈雪橇狀，在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)自移平穩(wěn)方便，而且絞車重心低，底座剛性好。
文中首先對(duì)絞車運(yùn)輸?shù)默F(xiàn)狀及其在國(guó)內(nèi)外的發(fā)展情況和運(yùn)輸過程中的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要說明；其次詳細(xì)地說明了該絞車的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和減速器傳動(dòng)結(jié)構(gòu)的原理，并對(duì)該絞車減速器和滾筒裝置中各部件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)、計(jì)算和校核，經(jīng)校核計(jì)算得出各部件強(qiáng)度均滿足要求；附錄部分附寫了該絞車在井下的安裝示意圖，該絞車的相關(guān)技術(shù)參數(shù)和軸承、齒輪及配用電器的參數(shù)等。

Firstly in this text telling the present condition of the winch conveyance which development circumstance in domestic and international and the system diagram carried on conveyance processes of spread and move the synopsis elucidation;Sencondly explaining the structure characteristics of the winch and the principle of the structure`s spreading of the decelerating machine in order and in detail, and designing calculating and schooling pit the decelerating machine and rollers to that winch equip medium each parts. Each parts of strength all satisfy request by schooling and calculating;The appendix part attached emerging that winch under the well of gearing sketch map and the relating technique parameter ,then the parameters of bearings, wheel gears of that winch and the electric appliances whith matched with the winch etc.
