水磨粉雙滾筒干燥機總體設(shè)計及傳動裝置設(shè)計
摘 要:為解決小型水磨粉生產(chǎn)企業(yè)水磨粉干燥問題,設(shè)計雙滾筒干燥機代替噴霧干燥,從而減少熱量損失,提高效率。使之能夠滿足相關(guān)工業(yè)的發(fā)展要求。
滾筒干燥機是一種內(nèi)加熱傳導(dǎo)型轉(zhuǎn)動連續(xù)干燥設(shè)備。該課題主要設(shè)計內(nèi)容包括水磨粉雙滾筒干燥機總體設(shè)計及傳動裝置設(shè)計,可分為四方面:1)制定總體方案,確定滾筒配置型式及結(jié)構(gòu)方案;2)滾筒組件設(shè)計的有關(guān)計算、校核等;3)傳動裝置設(shè)計的有關(guān)計算、校核等;4)完成動力設(shè)計、運動設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、熱工計算。
本課題考慮機器的結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,首先確定了各級傳動型式,其次應(yīng)用現(xiàn)代CAD技術(shù)選定傳動零件,設(shè)計非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件和設(shè)備總體結(jié)構(gòu)。運用AutoCAD繪制設(shè)備的總裝配圖、各個零件的零件圖和傳動路線圖,以指導(dǎo)各零件的加工和設(shè)備的設(shè)計,以此保證該設(shè)備運動平穩(wěn),操作簡便,便于維修和調(diào)試,操作彈性大,適用性廣,熱效率高,干燥時間短。

The Design of the Overall and Transmission Device of Water Mill Double-Drum Dryer
Abstract:In order to solve water mills-dry problem of small water mill production enterprises, we design double-drum dryer which replaces spray drying, and reduce heat-loss and improve efficiency. Enable it to meet modern industrial development.
Drum dryer is a heat-conduction within the rotation for drying equipment. The main design elements of this device include the designs of water mills double-drum dryer and transmission device .Design includes four aspects: First, design the overall program and determine the allocation of drum patterns and structure. Second, design of drum components involves calculations, Check and so on .Third, design of transmission device involves calculations, Check and so on. Fourth, complete dynamic design, moving design, structural design, and thermal calculation.
Compact structure of the machinery was considered the design, above of all, determine Drive-level set pattern, then select transmission parts, design non-standard equipments and devise overall structure by use of modern CAD technology. Using AutoCAD to draw the total equipment assembly, maps of various parts and drive components roads, which can guide the processing of components and designing of equipment. These can ensure the smooth movement of equipment, easy to operate, easy to maintenance and debugging, operating flexibility, broad applicability, high thermal efficiency, and short drying time.
