摘 要
本文介紹的是彎板支架沖孔彎曲級進(jìn)模,該模具實(shí)例結(jié)構(gòu)簡單實(shí)用,使用方便可靠。首先根據(jù)工件圖算工件的展開尺寸,再根據(jù)展開尺寸算該零件的壓力中心,材料利用率,畫排樣圖;其次依據(jù)凸、凹模不同的制造方法和沖裁工藝方案計(jì)算出凸、凹模的刃口尺寸;計(jì)算沖壓力,選擇沖壓設(shè)備;根據(jù)零件的幾何形狀要求和尺寸的分析,進(jìn)行凸、凹模結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),最后總體設(shè)計(jì)。當(dāng)所有的參數(shù)計(jì)算完后,對模具的裝配方案,對主要零件的設(shè)計(jì)和裝配要求技術(shù)要求都進(jìn)行分析。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中除了設(shè)計(jì)說明書外,還包括模具的裝配圖,非標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件的零件圖。

According to components geometry shape request and size analysis, carries on the convex-concave mold structural design; finally system design. After all parameters calculate, to mold assembly plan, carry on the analysis to the major parts design and the matching requirement. In design process besides design instruction booklet, also includes the mold the assembly drawing,non-standard letter detail drawing.
