拖拉機(jī)液壓懸掛系統(tǒng)自動控制研究
摘 要
隨著新興科學(xué)技術(shù)的不斷創(chuàng)新,尤其是計算機(jī)技術(shù)、電子控制、人工智能、網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊等高新技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,對拖拉機(jī)工業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了很大的影響和滲透。而采用機(jī)—電—液一體化控制技術(shù)是拓寬拖拉機(jī)功能、提高其技術(shù)性能以及解決其所面臨諸多技術(shù)難題的最佳選擇方案,并且已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代拖拉機(jī)及其配套機(jī)組的主要技術(shù)發(fā)展趨勢。
本文首先介紹了傳統(tǒng)拖拉機(jī)液壓懸掛系統(tǒng)的組成和類型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇了拖拉機(jī)半分置式液壓懸系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計,設(shè)計新型拖拉機(jī)電控液壓懸掛系統(tǒng)。在原拖拉機(jī)半分置式液壓懸掛機(jī)構(gòu)中改進(jìn)設(shè)計了自動控制系統(tǒng)。分別闡述了自動控制系統(tǒng)的組成、工作原理、土壤阻力傳感器、農(nóng)具提升高度傳感器、主控制閥位移傳感器信號的測取與處理以及單片機(jī)控制的實現(xiàn)。在液壓油路方面,該系統(tǒng)用電磁換向閥控制分配器取代傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械式的控制分配器,并設(shè)計配套油路;在控制反饋信號獲取方面,系統(tǒng)中安裝位移傳感器、壓力傳感器和角位移傳感器;同時,對拖拉機(jī)電子液壓懸掛的各種耕深控制方法進(jìn)行比較分析。
拖拉機(jī)電控液壓懸掛控制單元設(shè)計包括硬件和軟件設(shè)計.根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)各功能模塊的具體需求,選用Intel公司MSC-96系列的80C196KC單片機(jī)設(shè)計控制器。在軟件方面,完成了主程序控制程序總體流向。

Study on Automatic Control for Hydraulic
Hitch Equipment of Tractor
Abstract
With the perpetual innovation of the emerging technology, especially the rapid development of high and new technology, such as computer technology, electronic control, artificial intelligence and network communications, the tractor industry is influenced greatly. Taking the integrated control technology of hydromechatronics is the best project for broadening tractor function, improving its technical performance and solving numerous facing technical difficulties and it has become the major technology trend of modern tractors and the supporting units.
This paper first introduces the composition and type of the traditional tractor hitch control system. Based on this, choosing the structure of semi-partition hydraulic hitch system to carry on the design and designing a new electrohydraulic hitch system. A simple structure of semi-partition hydraulic hitch equipment and constituting of automatic control system was provided. The signal of soil resistance sensor and the implement lift height sensor and the control-valve sensor were measured and managed. The system was under the control of the SCM. The traditional mechanical splitter is replaced by proportional solenoid valve and its supporting circuit. A displacement sensor, a force sensor and an angle sensor is used for gaining feedback control signal. Furthermore, The various deep-conditioning method of cultivation of tractor electrohydraulic hitch are compared and analyzed in this paper.
Control unit of tractor electrohydraulic hitch system is consisted of hardware and software systems. According to specific requirements of the system function modules, 80C196KC microcontroller of Intel Corporation MSC-96 series is selected. For the software system, we used the assembly language to finish the control system program. Its main program is used to control the overall flow of the system.
