1、 Unit 1 How tall are you? 第一課時(shí) 一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求: 1. 能夠聽、說、讀、寫形容詞的比較形式:taller, stronger,  older, younger 和 shorter. 2. 能夠用句型:I’m……cm tall. He/ She’s ……cm tall. 描述自己和他人的身高。 3.  能夠用句型 You’re taller than your brother. I’m older than you. 進(jìn)行年齡和身高

2、比較。 4.   能夠聽懂教師的指令,按不同年齡、身高排隊(duì),并用所學(xué)語言進(jìn)行表述。 二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)分析 1.重點(diǎn)是能夠聽、說、讀、寫A Let’s learn 部分五個(gè)形容詞的比較級(jí)形式;并能用含有比較級(jí)的 句型替換關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行問答。 2.難點(diǎn)是能夠聽、說、讀、寫四會(huì)單詞;并能根據(jù)某一情境使用含有形容詞比較級(jí)的句型替換關(guān)鍵詞進(jìn)行問答。長(zhǎng)度單位cm的完整形式centimeter的發(fā)音也是本課的教學(xué)難點(diǎn)。 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1. 準(zhǔn)備主情景圖的教學(xué)掛圖。 2.  準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)、本課時(shí)的錄音帶。 3. 

3、60; 準(zhǔn)備A Let’s learn 的單詞卡片。 四、教學(xué)步驟 1. Greetings Hello, boys and girls . Happy New Year. And nice to see you again. How are you? Now, after a term, I thin you know much better about your teachers. Who’s you music teacher? What’s he/she like? 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生用學(xué)過的形容詞thin, short, tall, old, young, funn

4、y, strong, kind 來描述這位老師。 當(dāng)問到學(xué)生Who’s your English teacher?時(shí),根據(jù)學(xué)生的回答She’s tall. 2.   師出示測(cè)身高與體重的量器,提問學(xué)生:How tall am I , do you know? Guess? 幫助學(xué)生用句型Are you ……cm tall? 來猜。師用up 和down幫助學(xué)生猜出確切的數(shù)字。 3.           

5、  師請(qǐng)出猜中自己身高的學(xué)生,問: How tall are you?幫助他/她測(cè)量身高,引導(dǎo)該學(xué)生說:I’m……cm tall。 然后師說: ……is taller than me.或I’m taller than……來結(jié)束該游戲。 4. 板書測(cè)量的學(xué)生的身高,師盡量用手勢(shì)幫助學(xué)生理解以下句子:A is tall. B is taller than A. C is taller than B. D is taller than C. 然后板書并領(lǐng)讀tall-taller 。 5. 師請(qǐng)出三名較強(qiáng)壯的

6、學(xué)生模仿健美動(dòng)作,并做比較說: You’re strong. He’s stronger than you. 并板書領(lǐng)讀strong-stronger 6. 師在黑板上列出家人的年齡,介紹說:My mother is 44, My father is 46. He is older than her. My aunt is younger than my father, but she is older than my mother. How old is she? 然后板書old—older 和 young-younger , 

7、讓學(xué)生回答問題。 7.  放Let’s learn部分的錄音,學(xué)生聽錄音跟讀。 8.  Let’s play 師貼出4-5個(gè)學(xué)生圖像,描述各人情況,發(fā)指令: Line up from younger to older. Line up from shorter to shorter. 9.Let’s chant. 放錄音學(xué)生跟讀。 10.學(xué)生做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)的配套練習(xí)。 第二課時(shí) 一、       教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求 1.  能夠

8、聽、說、讀、寫四會(huì)掌握句子:How tall are you? I’m 164cm tall. You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me. 并能在情景中正確運(yùn)用。 2.   能夠聽懂Let’s try 部分的錄音并選出正確的選項(xiàng)。 二、  教學(xué)重難點(diǎn) 重點(diǎn)與難點(diǎn)是四會(huì)掌握句型:How tall are you? I’m 164cm tall. You’re shorter than me. You’re 4cm taller than me. 三、課前準(zhǔn)備:

9、 1.準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和本課時(shí)的錄音帶。 2.準(zhǔn)備測(cè)量身高和體重的數(shù)據(jù)。 四、 教學(xué)步驟 1. Warm up 2. Let’s chant. 3.  放Let’s try 部分的錄音,學(xué)生聽錄音,圈出錄音材料所描述的大象。 4. 師:I’m 167cm tall. You’re taller than me. I’m shorter than you. How tall are you?該生回答:I’m 168cm tall. 師接著說:Oh, you’re 1cm taller than me.然后板書這組對(duì)話并重

10、點(diǎn)領(lǐng)讀最后一個(gè)句子。 5. 師:How old are you, then? 生: I’m 14. 師補(bǔ)充:He’s 14 years old. I’m 28 years old. I’m 14 years older than xxx. 再詢問幾個(gè)學(xué)生的年齡,并作比較。 6. 學(xué)生年Let’s talk 部分的對(duì)話,師放錄音,學(xué)生跟讀。 7. 學(xué)生兩人一組朗讀對(duì)話。 8.學(xué)生做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)的配套練習(xí)。 第三課時(shí) 一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求 1.能夠聽懂、會(huì)說Let’s read 部分的對(duì)話并完成填充句子的練習(xí),

11、特別是能看懂、會(huì)朗讀句子:I think the little monkey is only 40cm tall. The monkey is shorter but you are funnier. 2.能學(xué)唱本單元歌曲。   二、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn) 1. 重點(diǎn)是使學(xué)生能夠充分理解、正確朗讀對(duì)話。 2. 難點(diǎn)是學(xué)生能看懂、會(huì)朗讀句子: I think the little monkey is only 40cm tall. The monkey is shorter but you are funnier. 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1.準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和本課時(shí)錄音帶。

12、2. 師準(zhǔn)備兩張寵物狗的圖片。 四、教學(xué)步驟 1. Warm up 跟唱本單元Let’s chant 的歌謠。 學(xué)唱本單元歌曲My pets. 2. 師:The little girl has two pets. What are they? 生: A dog and a cat. T: Yes. I have two pets too. Let’s have a look . What are they? S: They are dogs. 3. T: Yes, I have a black dog and a brow

13、n dog. Are they cute? Which dog is taller? Which dog is stronger?學(xué)生看圖回答。 4. T: The black dog is taller than the brown dog. It’s 80cm tall. The brown dog is 55cm tall. And its tail is longer than than the brown dog. Its tail is about 28cm long. But the brown dog is stronger than the b

14、lack dog. I like the brown dog. It’s funny. It’s funnier than the black dog. Which dog do you like? 5. 師再出示一張小猴的圖片,說:Look at the monkey. What do think of it?幫助學(xué)生回答:It is funny, too.師接著問Which one is funnier, the dog or the monkey? 幫助學(xué)生表達(dá)自己的看法,如:I think the monkey is funnier. 6. 師引出課文

Which monkey does Ben like? et’s read the dialogue. 7. 學(xué)生聽錄音,理解對(duì)話,完成填充句子練習(xí)。師檢查。 8. 放錄音,學(xué)生跟讀。 9. 學(xué)生做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)配套練習(xí)。 第四課時(shí) 一、 教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求: 1.能夠聽、說、讀、寫形容詞的比較級(jí)形式:heavier, longer, thinner, bigger和smaller. 2.

16、 能夠靈活準(zhǔn)確地運(yùn)用以上形容詞比較描述人物和動(dòng)物的特征差異。 3.能夠完成Let’s play部分的活動(dòng)并在活動(dòng)中相應(yīng)的語言正確表達(dá)。 4.能夠理解story time中的故事。 二、 教學(xué)重難點(diǎn) 1.  重點(diǎn)是四會(huì)掌握五個(gè)形容詞的比較形式。 2. 難點(diǎn)是掌握以下形容詞比較級(jí)的構(gòu)成方式:heavy—heavier, thin—thinner, big—bigger. 三、 課前準(zhǔn)備 1.準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)、B Let’s learn 和 C Story time 部分的錄音帶 2. 準(zhǔn)備

17、本課的教學(xué)掛圖和單詞卡片。 四、教學(xué)步驟 1. Warm up 放本單元Let’s chant 錄音,學(xué)生和著錄音吟唱, 師與生對(duì)話:T: How tall are you?             S: I’m 160cm tall.             T: I’m 168cm tall. You’re shorter than

You’re 2cm shorter than me. 2. 師拿出一個(gè)氣球,請(qǐng)一名學(xué)生幫忙吹,“Please make it big.” 師帶領(lǐng)全班學(xué)生跟隨學(xué)生吹氣球的節(jié)奏喊:Bigger, Bigger, Bigger!呈現(xiàn)該單詞。然后師拿著已經(jīng)吹大的氣球,一點(diǎn)一點(diǎn)放出空氣,說: Smaller, Smaller, Smaller!呈現(xiàn)并領(lǐng)讀這兩個(gè)單詞。 3.師拿出一段皮筋,一邊拉長(zhǎng),一邊說:longer, longer, longer! 接著慢慢放松皮筋說:shorter, shorter, shorter!然后呈現(xiàn)并領(lǐng)讀這兩個(gè)單詞。 4.&

19、#160;師拿一疊作業(yè)本:I have many books. They are heavy. 師一本一本往上加時(shí)說:heavier, heavier, heavier! 領(lǐng)讀該詞,請(qǐng)學(xué)生再次確認(rèn)從heavy到heavier的詞尾變化。 5.師出示一組有強(qiáng)烈對(duì)比效果的圖片,教學(xué)heavy, thin, thinner.師出示圖片說:look , The boy is heavy. He wants to be thinner. So he does exercises everyday and eats less meat. He is thin after three

He is thinner after another three months. 然后呈現(xiàn)thinner. 6. 放錄音,學(xué)生跟讀單詞。 7.  Let’s play 8. Story time 9. 學(xué)生做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)本部分的配套練習(xí)。 第五課時(shí) 一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求: 1. 能聽懂、會(huì)說并能書寫句型:“How heavy are you? I’m 48kg. I’m thinner than you and shorter.”并能在情景中正確運(yùn)用。

21、 2.能夠完成Pair work 中的調(diào)查任務(wù)。 3.能夠完成Let’s try 部分聽錄音選圖片并填充句子的練習(xí)。 4.能夠了解Good to know部分的內(nèi)容。   二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)分析 1.     重點(diǎn)是能夠詢問、回答有關(guān)體重、身高、腳的大小尺寸、頭發(fā)的長(zhǎng)度等問題并能書寫相關(guān)句型。 2.     難點(diǎn)是四會(huì)掌握句型以及單位詞。 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1.準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和本課時(shí)的錄音帶。 四、教學(xué)步驟 1. Let’s sing 2.放Let’s

22、try的錄音,學(xué)生聽錄音,填充句子并選出相應(yīng)的圖片。 3.師說:The boy’s pencil is 15cm. How about your pencil? How long is your pencil? 學(xué)生測(cè)量自己的鉛筆并回答。師再舉例練習(xí),如: How long is your English book/ Chinese book?  師接著拿著軟尺并附與動(dòng)作說:How long is your leg?  叫幾名學(xué)生上臺(tái)測(cè)量, 第六課時(shí) 一、       

23、;教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求: 1.能夠聽、說、認(rèn)讀Let’s read 部分的內(nèi)容,特別是能聽、說、認(rèn)讀單詞:squid, lobster, shark, seal, whale 和單位詞ton, meter, kg, cm;能聽說、認(rèn)讀短語和句子:can dive into the deep cold water/ jump out of water. Each up to 20cm long. 并能正確完成填充句子的練習(xí)。 2.  能夠正確完成Pronunciation中Read and Match連線的練習(xí)。 3. 能夠正確完成Le

24、t’s check 部分聽音圈圖的練習(xí)。 二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn)分析 1.重點(diǎn)是讓學(xué)生理解、會(huì)讀文內(nèi)容;并能正確理解幾個(gè)單位詞:ton, meter, kg, cm. 2.難點(diǎn)是本部分語言知識(shí)含量大,需要幫助學(xué)生充分理解。 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1.準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)、本課時(shí)錄音帶 四、 教學(xué)步驟 1. Warm up 師生共唱Let’s sing部分的歌曲。 2.師放Let’s check部分的錄音, 學(xué)生聽錄音完成聽音圈圖的練習(xí)。 3.師:Today, let’s get to know two kinds of whales, sperm whales

25、 and killer whales. 讓學(xué)生仔細(xì)看圖,然后提問:How long are they? How heavy are they? Let’s read and answer. 4.學(xué)生四人一組閱讀文段回答師提出的問題。 5.師指著圖中的Killer whale的牙齒問:How many teeth do they have, do you know ? How long is each tooth? 學(xué)生根據(jù)文段的內(nèi)容回答。師接著問:How many teeth do you have? How long is each tooth? 6. &

I visited my grandparents.并能夠?qū)ζ渲械膭?dòng)詞短語進(jìn)行替換。 2.能夠聽、說、讀、寫動(dòng)詞短語的過去式: watched TV, washed clothes, cleaned the room, played football, visited grandparents.;并初步了解一般動(dòng)詞過去式的變化規(guī)則及發(fā)音規(guī)則。 二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn) 1.重點(diǎn)是掌握Let’s learn 部分動(dòng)詞短語的過去式以及就過去時(shí)間所做的事情進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單回答。 2. 難點(diǎn)之一是動(dòng)詞短語過去的拼寫,二是

28、動(dòng)詞過去式的發(fā)音。 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1. 準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)的動(dòng)詞短語卡片 2.師課前制作一些過去式規(guī)則變化的動(dòng)詞短語卡片,如:played the piano, climbed mountains等。 3.準(zhǔn)備前一個(gè)星期六或星期日的日歷 四、教學(xué)步驟 1.師課前放本課時(shí)Let’s chant部分的歌謠。 2.師生一起吟唱五年級(jí)下冊(cè)第一單元第一頁的歌謠:What do you do on the weekend?復(fù)習(xí)與周末活動(dòng)相關(guān)的動(dòng)詞短語。 3.師問:What do you usually do on the weekend?幫助學(xué)生回憶學(xué)生學(xué)過的動(dòng)詞短語并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答。

29、4.師: Now I know what you do on the weekend. Guess what I usually do on the weekend?如果學(xué)生猜不出,師可適當(dāng)?shù)淖鰟?dòng)作提示學(xué)生。學(xué)生猜出后,教師說:Yes, that’s right. I usually clean my room on the weekend. But I didn’t clean my room last weekend.師拿出一張當(dāng)天的日歷,說:What day is it today?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答: It’s ……然后師出示上一個(gè)周末的日歷,說:……was Saturd

30、ay/Sunday. It was last weekend. 師板書last weekend.學(xué)生跟讀。 5.師說:Last weekend, I didn’t clean my room. I was tired but I was very happy. What did I do? Please guess.   學(xué)生通過出示不同的短語卡片進(jìn)行猜測(cè),師先板書相關(guān)動(dòng)詞短語:play football   ,然后再用不同顏色的粉筆標(biāo)上過去式的后綴-ed.師帶讀動(dòng)詞短語的過去式,學(xué)生模仿跟讀。   

31、  師問:What did you do last weekend? 讓學(xué)生邊出示相應(yīng)的卡片邊試著回答。     師用拍手打節(jié)奏的形式與學(xué)生進(jìn)行連環(huán)問答。     T:What did you do last weekend?     S1: I played football. How about you, S2?     …… 6.Let’s find out 師說:What did

32、 Zoom do last weekend? Look at the pictures. 引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答。當(dāng)學(xué)生回答He watched TV.時(shí),師說:Did you watch TV last weekend? Did you……?并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生作出正確的回答。Yes, I did./ No, I didn’t. 7. Let’s try 師問:What did Chen Jie do last weekend ?Let’s listen to the tape.學(xué)生聽錄音完成練習(xí)。 8.師生校對(duì)答案后,師說:Now we know what Chen Jie did l

Now let’s listen what did Wuyifan and John do last weekend? 放Let’s talk 錄音,學(xué)生看課文聽錄音。學(xué)生跟讀兩遍分角色朗讀。 9.做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)配套練習(xí)。 第二課時(shí) 一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求 1.能夠讀懂Let’s read部分的短文,并完成文后的填空和問答練習(xí)。 2.能夠完成Let’s play的游戲,通過游戲訓(xùn)練并提高學(xué)生的記憶能力。 3.能夠認(rèn)讀語音部分的三個(gè)雙元音音標(biāo)。 二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn) 1.重點(diǎn)是讀懂

34、Let’s read部分的短文并能模仿短文描述自己上個(gè)周末所做的事情。 2.難點(diǎn)是is 的過去式形式was的用法 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1.準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和本課時(shí)的錄音帶。 2.準(zhǔn)備本月的月歷一張。 四、教學(xué)步驟 1.     師生一起齊唱上一課時(shí)熱身步驟的歌謠。    2.師生對(duì)話復(fù)習(xí)第一課時(shí)的對(duì)話。    3.師拿出月歷指著當(dāng)?shù)娜掌谡f:What’s the date today?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答:It’s……師繼續(xù)問:What day is it today?引導(dǎo)學(xué)生回答

35、。然后指著一星期前的日期,問:What day was it March 15th/……?并有意強(qiáng)調(diào)was的發(fā)音,帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生回答:It was Sunday /……?師板書is 和was,帶讀,然后指著自己舉例說:I am tired today. I was excited last weekend.    詢問一學(xué)生周末活動(dòng),板書生的活動(dòng)安排,說:S1 was busy last weekend. Wu Yufan had a busy weekend, too. Please read the passage and find out. 

36、學(xué)生默讀或朗讀課文,獨(dú)立完成短文后的填空的練習(xí)。    師問:What did Wu Yifan do last weekend? 師生一起根據(jù)板書提示描述Wu Yifan’s Weekend.    師放課文錄音,學(xué)生看書跟讀兩遍后齊讀。    4.做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)的配套練習(xí)。    5.Prounciation  師板書ear, near here bear , pear , hair, there,

37、 sure. 學(xué)生總結(jié)劃線部分的發(fā)音。    6.學(xué)生打開課本聽錄音,在節(jié)奏中跟讀語音例詞。學(xué)生做Read and match部分,拼一拼, 連一連。公布正確答案,表拼得快,連線正確的學(xué)生。  第三課時(shí) 一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求 1.能夠聽、說、讀、寫短語:went to a park, went swimming, read a book, went fishing, went hiking. 2.能夠聽、說、認(rèn)讀句子:What did you do yesterday? I went hiking. 3.能夠做Let’s

38、 play中的游戲并通過這個(gè)游戲進(jìn)一步鞏固所學(xué)短語和鍛煉學(xué)生的記憶能力。 二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn) 1.重點(diǎn)是四會(huì)短語的聽、說、讀、寫。 2.難點(diǎn)是掌握不規(guī)則動(dòng)詞的過去式形式。 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1.準(zhǔn)備本課時(shí)的動(dòng)詞短語卡片。 四、教學(xué)步驟 1.齊讀Let’s talk and Let’s read部分的短文。 2.Free talk : T:Yesterday was Sunday. It was weekend. What did you do yesterday? S1: I ……T: Did you read books? Did you ……? &#

39、160;S2: Yes, I did. /No, I didn’t. 3.師放Story time部分的錄音,學(xué)生一起聽。聽完后師問:What did Zoom do last weekend? Tell me, please?學(xué)生憑記憶回答問題。如有學(xué)生提到went to a park 或went fishing,師順勢(shì)教學(xué)這兩個(gè)短語。師帶讀短語,學(xué)生跟讀。 4.師用歌謠形式比較動(dòng)詞原形與過去式 師最后給出短語read a book, 提醒學(xué)生注意其過去式形式及讀者音。 師放課文錄音,學(xué)生跟錄音齊讀短語。 4.師拿出John的頭飾說:What did John

40、do yesterday? Did he go swimming? Did he go fishing? Let’s listen to the tape. 學(xué)生看Let’s try部分的圖畫,聽錄音完成練習(xí)。 5. 學(xué)生跟讀Let’s talk部分的對(duì)話,然后分角色朗讀。 6.學(xué)生做活動(dòng)手冊(cè)配套練習(xí)。 第四課時(shí) 一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)與要求 1.能夠讀懂Let’s read 部分的短文,并完成文后的填空和問答練習(xí)。 2.能夠完成Let’s check 部分的練習(xí)。 二、教學(xué)重、難點(diǎn) 1.重點(diǎn)是能理解并會(huì)朗讀Let’s read 部分的短

41、文。 2.難點(diǎn)是一認(rèn)讀一些新語言:如:We read funny tongue twisters together. Sundenly my kite flew into the lake. I was very grateful to him. 三、課前準(zhǔn)備 1. 準(zhǔn)備錄音機(jī)和本課時(shí)錄音帶 四、教學(xué)步驟 1.師生以地唱的形式吟唱Let’s chant部分的歌謠。 2.師生日??谡Z對(duì)話。 3.“繞口令” 游戲。做完成游戲后師提問:What did we do just now? 幫助學(xué)生回答:We read tongue twisters toget
