The main topic ofunits is “what did you do last weekend”. This period is the first period of unit3. The main duty of this period is to lead into the sente nce “what did do last weekend” and five verbs studies can get abrief knowledge of what is the past tense.2.Students analyze:The sixth grade students have already mastered certain of words and sentences, and can control themselves better so as to learn actively, besides, they long to demonstrate themselves.In light of the students characterizes and the demand of the T eaching Outline. I establish the following teaching aims:3. Teaching Objects:A. Knowledge objects:Students master the meaning, reading, writing new words, watched, visited, played, cleaned, and washed.Students master the new sentence “what did you do?”B.Ability objects:Students can use the new words and new sentence make their own d ialogue and use them to record the primary daily things they di d.C. Furthermore, by showing, students can learn the impo rtance of teamwork and establish the belief of glory.Step6: lets read and practice (3)Students read the textbook firstly and make and finish a graph in which students fill the main information of the passage and t hen correct it by partner. After that, teacher show an example. Purpose:By making graph, Students can learn the way to get main informa tion. By finishing it and correcting it.
