<p>旅行箱拖手塑料套的注塑注射模具設(shè)計(jì)【側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、一模兩腔優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含12張CAD圖紙帶任務(wù)書(shū)+開(kāi)題報(bào)告+外文翻譯】-zsmj24</p><p>旅行箱拖手塑料套的注塑注射模具設(shè)計(jì)【側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)、一模兩腔】</p><p>摘 &nbsp;要</p><p>關(guān)于模具發(fā)展趨勢(shì),我認(rèn)為這主要取決于兩個(gè)方面,即一方面是模具為之服務(wù)的各行各業(yè)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),另一方面是整個(gè)社會(huì)和世界科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),這實(shí)際上就是需要和可能。模具是為制件,也就是成形產(chǎn)品服務(wù)的,因此模具必然要以制件(成形產(chǎn)品) 的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)為自己的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),模具必須滿(mǎn)足他們的要求。制件發(fā)展趨勢(shì)主要是輕巧、精美、快速高效生產(chǎn)、低成本與高質(zhì)量,每一項(xiàng)都預(yù)示了模具發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。</p><p>本文為旅行箱拖手塑料套的產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)到整個(gè)注塑模的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程,即對(duì)長(zhǎng)140mm、寬30mm、高20mm拖手塑料套的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)。塑料套的外形設(shè)計(jì)有防滑紋理,在側(cè)邊設(shè)有固定的螺絲孔以便固定在伸縮支架上。其螺釘孔根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求采用側(cè)向抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行抽芯,然后通過(guò)頂桿將制件頂出。穩(wěn)重介紹了拖手塑料套的外形、結(jié)構(gòu)等設(shè)計(jì)要求,制件的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,制件的工藝性分析,制件質(zhì)量、體積計(jì)算,材料、生產(chǎn)批量的確定,成型方法的選取及成型設(shè)備的選擇,注塑模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)模具時(shí)的相關(guān)計(jì)算,模具機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),注射機(jī)的選擇及其校核,成型零件的相關(guān)計(jì)算及其校核。在設(shè)計(jì)中進(jìn)行大量的計(jì)算,如成型零件工作尺寸的計(jì)算,型芯、型腔徑向和高度計(jì)算,推桿直徑及其數(shù)目的計(jì)算等。由此在整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算的過(guò)程中,確定了模具的結(jié)構(gòu)及相關(guān)的零部件。在整個(gè)模具的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中采用CAD/CAM設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行一體化設(shè)計(jì),用PROE軟件進(jìn)行塑件的三維造型及其分析,用AUTOCAD進(jìn)行二維的工程圖二維設(shè)計(jì)。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:注塑模;塑料;抽芯;型腔;型芯</p><p>Abstract</p><p>About mold development trend, I think it depends mainly on two aspects, that is, on the one hand is development trend of the mold service for all walks of life, on the other hand, the whole society and the world trend of the development of science and technology, it is actually need and possible. Molds for the parts, that is, forming products and services, so the mold must to stamping forming products () for their own development trend, the development trend of die must meet their requirements. Development trend of the main parts is light and elegant, fast and efficient production, low cost and high quality, each announced a mold development trend.</p><p>The thesis gives a detailed introduction the process of an injection molds design, which is from product design to the whole plastic injection mold. This is a design for a plastic injection mold whose length is 140mm, 20mm in width, 20mm in height. The form design for a plastic sleeve has skidproof textures. Its broadside has screw eyes . The function of the hole is used to fix plastic sleeve on the telescoping shoring column. According to the design, its screw eyes are required to use a side core-pulling mechanism to do side core-pulling. After that, the knockout pin pushes out a fabricated part. This paper introduces the design standards of a drag hand plastics form, structure, etc, the process analysis of a fabricated parts quality, volume calculation,materials, the confirm of production lot, the choice of molding methods and the choice of mold equipment, the injections structural design, the relative calculation in designing a mold, a molds mechanism design, the choice and check of an injection machine, relative calculation and check about molded parts. Meanwhile, it explains the working processes. Plenty of calculations during the design are the calculation of working dimensions for molded parts, the calculations of core, cavity diameter and the molds height, the calculation of a push rods diameter and the number of push rods, etc. So, the molds structure and some relative components are confirmed during the process of the calculation in the whole design. CAD/CAM design system is applied to in the design process of the whole mold. At the same time, PROE software is used to form 3D mold and its analysis, AUTOCAD is used to export 2Dengineering drawing.</p><p>Keywords: Injection mold; plastic; pumping core; cavity;core</p><p>目
