<p>攪拌機(jī)料桶的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)【優(yōu)秀課程畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)含8張CAD圖紙帶開題報(bào)告+外文翻譯】-zsmj37</p><p>攪拌機(jī)料桶的注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)</p><p>摘要.doc</p><p>文件清單.txt</p><p>楔塊A2.dwg</p><p>裝配圖A0.dwg</p><p>摘 要</p><p>塑料模具作為塑料工業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),隨著市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展受到了極大的挑戰(zhàn)。汽車的內(nèi)飾件、燈具反光鏡等塑制品的復(fù)雜外形,而鐘表、DVD光驅(qū)用傳動(dòng)齒輪等塑制件又有很高的精度要求。很短的制模周期、相當(dāng)?shù)膲勖悄>咧圃斓挠忠恢匾笜?biāo),例如有的只需幾十、幾百模次(可用簡易快速制模法),有的如制瓶用吹塑模卻需要上千萬模次,制造周期要求越來越短。各種特殊的成型方式的出現(xiàn)等等,都要求塑料模具技術(shù)有相應(yīng)的提高。而計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展,適時(shí)的給模具技術(shù)配上了騰飛的翅膀,徹底改變了手工作坊式的模具設(shè)計(jì)和制作。在模具設(shè)計(jì)中廣泛的運(yùn)用CAD(計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)),不但拋棄了沿用上百年的圖板,而且由于計(jì)算機(jī)的快速運(yùn)算和大容量的內(nèi)存,使得復(fù)雜曲面的生成、快速的作圖以及豐富制模技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的綜合、推廣成為可能,不少CAD軟件已具有某些智能化的功能。例如,有些CAD軟件可以運(yùn)用人機(jī)對話的形式,輸入塑料制品的某些外形特征(外形主要尺寸、分型面位置、抽心位置、脫模方向等)即可以畫出模具總圖。</p><p>模具技術(shù)是一種綜合型技術(shù),要求從事模具技術(shù)工作者,密切注意和學(xué)習(xí)相關(guān)知識(shí),并運(yùn)用到實(shí)際工作中為模具行業(yè)的發(fā)展而努力。</p><p>關(guān)鍵詞:塑料模具;精度;模具技術(shù);外形特征;成型方式</p><p>ABSTRACT</p><p>Plastic mould plastics industry as a base, with the rapid development of the market economy is a great challenge. For example, some CAD software can use the man-machine dialogue forms, some of the input plastics contour features (major outline dimensions、parting surface location,、ocation、parting)direction of heart that can draw mould layout.</p><p>Mould technology is a comprehensive technical requirements, technical workers engaged in mould, pay close attention to the learning and knowledge, and applied
