高層辦公：網(wǎng)格式立面設(shè)計(jì)

自1959年建成以來(lái)，北野建設(shè)的前長(zhǎng)野總部經(jīng)歷了由吉村純?nèi)O(shè)計(jì)的一系列擴(kuò)建，以適應(yīng)公司業(yè)務(wù)的擴(kuò)展，但該建筑的部分已嚴(yán)重惡化，迫切需要一個(gè)重建計(jì)劃。Since its construction in 1959, Kitano Construction's former Nagano headquarters has undergone a series of expansions designed by Junzo Yoshimura to accommodate the expansion of the company's business, but parts of the building had deteriorated significantly and a reconstruction plan was urgently needed.為了最大限度地提高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建筑面積，新總部大樓與舊建筑旋轉(zhuǎn)了90°，天際線比例放寬了道路和相鄰?fù)恋氐膶?duì)角線限制。為了最大限度地減少外部體量，建筑在北側(cè)的道路上后退了8米，在該區(qū)域創(chuàng)造了一個(gè)開(kāi)放的空間，并更新了該城市區(qū)域的城市景觀。白色花崗巖和獨(dú)特的淺灰色條紋圖案貫穿整個(gè)外部，創(chuàng)造了與建筑形成對(duì)比的設(shè)計(jì)。In order to maximize the standard floor area, the new headquarters building was rotated 90° from the old building, with the skyline ratio relaxed against the diagonal restrictions of the road and adjacent land. In order to minimize the external volume, the building was set back 8 meters from the road on the north side, creating an open space in the area and renewing the urban landscape of this urban district. This structure has reduced the weight of the upper steel frame and realized a column-free space of approximately 13 meters. The repositioning of the hand basin and stepping stones, the black plaster walls of the dew path, and the design of the earthen floor and ceiling lighting were carefully designed to meet the legal   requirements while not compromising the spirituality of the tea ceremony room.
