5、用英語,對他們在復習過程中所存在的失誤和錯誤采取寬容的態(tài)度。在教學過程中,每個需要復習的知識點,我都從差生入手,使他們掌握最基本的知識的同時,注意拓寬知識面。同時,我也給予他們更多自主學習和直接交流的機會,鼓勵他們探究自己在學習英語當中存在的問題,并通過自主學習或合作探究的方式解決問題,從而根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學習目標和策略。 但課后我發(fā)現(xiàn)一些同學基礎(chǔ)知識掌握并不牢固,因此課后對1-6單元的復習工作顯得尤為重要,只有基礎(chǔ)知識牢固了,才可以在課堂上收放自如,避免成績時高時低不穩(wěn)定。 14
