5、用英語，對他們在復習過程中所存在的失誤和錯誤采取寬容的態(tài)度。在教學過程中，每個需要復習的知識點，我都從差生入手，使他們掌握最基本的知識的同時，注意拓寬知識面。同時，我也給予他們更多自主學習和直接交流的機會，鼓勵他們探究自己在學習英語當中存在的問題，并通過自主學習或合作探究的方式解決問題，從而根據(jù)需要調(diào)整自己的學習目標和策略。 但課后我發(fā)現(xiàn)一些同學基礎(chǔ)知識掌握并不牢固，因此課后對1-6單元的復習工作顯得尤為重要，只有基礎(chǔ)知識牢固了，才可以在課堂上收放自如，避免成績時高時低不穩(wěn)定。 14
