2019-2020年五年級英語下冊 unit5 Lesson9教案 閩教版 Teaching aims: 1.Knowledge aim: Enable the Ss to grasp the phrases : Sports Day,meter,high jump,long jump. The sentences: What are you going to do on Sports Day? I’m going to…We’re going to…. Are you going to….?Yes,I am. / No,I’m not. 2.Ability aim:Can say something about sports ,can talk about what they are going to do on Sports Day. 3.Emotion aim:Encourage the Ss to do more exercises,to keep healthy. Main points: Talk about “What are you going to do on Sports Day?” Difficult points: The use of “be going to….” Teaching materials : tape recorder ; some cards and pictures. Teaching steps : Step 1 Warm up 1.Sing the song:Spring Has Arrived. 2.Listen and act: play basketball / football / ping-pong,swimming,jumping,running… Step 2 Presentation 1. To learn the words and the phrases. 1)To learn the phrase “Sports Day” and the sentence: “I’m going to….” T: We have a Sports Day in our school every year.(Write “Sports Day”on the blackboard.) What are you going to do on Sports Day? Ss: I’m going to…. 2)To learn :100 meters and 200 meters. 3)To learn:high jump,long jump 2.To learn the text. 1)Listen to the tape,and point to the sentences. 2)Listen to the tape again,then answer the questions: What is Wang Tao going to do on Sports Day? What is Chen Ling going to do on Sports Day? What is Hu Ping going to do on Sports Day? 3)Listen to the tape and repeat. Step 3 Consolidation 1.Finish off“ Look and Say” on page 42. 2.Let’s chant: Sports Day. 3.Ask and answer: A: What’s your favorite sport? B: My favorite sport is…. A:What are you going to do on Sports Day? B: I’m going to…. A:Are you going to….? B: Yes,I am. / No,I’m not. Yes, I am./No, I’m not. 2、能力目標: 會表達自己打算在運動會上參加哪些項目,并能應用所學語言知識采訪其他人打算在運動會上參加哪些項目。 3、情感目標: 生命在于運動,增強學生的全民健身意識。 Ⅱ 教學重點、難點: 1、能聽說認讀詞組:Sports Day, do high jump, do long jump,run100 meters, run 200 meters; 2、會用句型“What’re you going to do on Sports Day? I’m going to ……”“Are you going to ……? Yes, I am./No, I’m not.”詢問他人打算在運動會上參加哪些項目,在真實的情境中進行問答。 Ⅲ 教學準備: PPT,單詞卡片,錄音帶,錄音機,磁扣,評價表。 Ⅳ 教學方法: 情境教學法,游戲教學法,全身反應法。 Ⅴ 教學過程: Step 1 Warming up 1、Greetings. 2、Let’s chant. (宣布比賽規(guī)則) 3、 Ask and answer. T: My favorite sport is running. What’s your favorite sport? Ss : My favorite sport is …… Step 2 Presentation 1、PPT shows a picture of Sports Day, teach and practise “have a Sports Day”. 2、PPT 出示運動會的比賽項目,引出今天要學的新詞組“run100\200 meters, do long jump\ high jump”及句型“What’re you going to do on Sports Day? I’m going to ……” (1)Learn to say the new phrases. ① Learn to say the words : meter\ 100 meters\ 200 meters 1) PPT shows “meter”,teach and practise it. 2)讓學生明白one meter的概念,再拓展到2 meters\3 meters\100 meters…強調復數加“s”. 3)教學“I’m going to run 100 meters/200 meters.” ② Learn to say the phrases: do long jump , do high jump. 1) T: Who’s going to do high jump?(PPT出示圖片,教學“high jump”) 2) Teach and practise the phrases with the word cards. ③ Practice: Game:Super Mary. Game:Say it quickly. ④Teach and practice “What’re you going to do on Sports Day? I’m going to run 100/200 meters./I’m going to do long/high jump.” 1) Teach “What are you going to do on Sports Day? I’m going to……” PPT shows the pictures, ask the students to say out the names of the sports events. T: I can run fast.So I’m going to run 100 meters on Sports Day. What’re you going to do on Sports Day? Ss: I’m going to …… 2) Ask and answer. a)T asks,Ss answer. b) Game: Race against Time. 3. Teach and practice “Are you going to ……? (1) Read the questions. (2) Listen to the tape. (3) Answer the questions. 2、Listen to the tape again and repeat. 3、Read the text. 4、Fill in the blanks. Step 4 Practice Reading : Sports Day (1) Read and finish it. (2) Check the answers. (3) Read the text together. Step 5 Summary 1、 Say a chant: Sports Day 2、 Sum up what we have learnt today.
