Ⅰ.教學準備
1.教師:準備錄音機、磁帶、多媒體課件,搜集一些球類及與球類運動有關(guān)的物品的圖片。
2.學生:搜集有關(guān)各國國球的資料。
Ⅱ.教學目標
1.讓學生掌握一些聽力技巧,把握重點,有目的地獲取關(guān)鍵詞。
2.讓學生了解各種球類運動的特點,培養(yǎng)學生對體育運動的正確認識。
3.培養(yǎng)學生的參與意識,使學生在親身體驗中理解和運用英語知識,培養(yǎng)學生的語言交際能力。

Step 1:Greetings and talking
建議1:師生問答,復(fù)習導(dǎo)入:
建議教師向?qū)W生詢問一些上節(jié)課所學的球類單詞,也可以擴展到前面所學的表示物品名稱的單詞如:eraser,schoolbag,dictionary,computer,notebook等,為本節(jié)課的進一步討論做好鋪墊。

Step 2:Present the new sentences
建議1:教師先問一名學生“Do you have a ping-pong ball?”然后再問其他學生“Does he have a ping-pong ball?”這樣重復(fù)兩三組,在交際中自然引入新的語言項目,讓學生體會does與第三人稱的關(guān)系。

Step 3:Listening
1.讓學生看著課本2a聽對話并為圖片編號。
2.讓學生再聽一遍錄音,將2a中的圖片與2b中的幾種球配對??梢韵扰判蛟倥鋵斫档吐犃﹄y度。
3.讓學生跟讀2a/2b 部分的聽力材料,目的是讓學生熟練掌握句型“Does he/she have a volleyball?Yes,he/she

4.讓學生進行由集體到小組的機械操練,先讓學生齊讀,進行集體操練,然后再讓學生兩個人一組進行操練,表演對話。
Step 4:Practice the sentences
1.讓學生根據(jù)2a中的人物與同伴問答。操練新語言項目“Does Jane have a tennis ball?No,she doesn't.”建議教師把2b部分通過多媒體以表格的形式呈現(xiàn)出來,然后讓學生根據(jù)表格所提供的信息兩人一組運用本課所學的語言項目進行對話。

2.讓學生再次閱讀2d的對話,然后回答下列問題。目的是了解對話內(nèi)容,為操練對話做準備。

3.學生分角色表演對話,教師可以提供一些道具來創(chuàng)設(shè)真實情境,如棒球帽、棒球拍,使學生在親身的體驗中理解和運用英語。

假設(shè)你和同學要去體育館打乒乓球,讓學生與自己的同伴編寫對話。提供真實語言環(huán)境,反復(fù)練習,突破本單元重點、難點,提高學生口頭表達能力,使所學知識得到升華運用。

1.讓學生完成3a部分的表格,目的是為了幫助學生區(qū)分do和does的用法(哪些人稱使用do,哪些人稱使用does),為3b的練習做好鋪墊,教師

2.讓學生完成3b的對話,用do或does填空,然后與同伴練習對話,進一步鞏固新的語言項目“—Let's play basketball.—That sounds good.”。
3.學生看3c部分的圖,記住鮑勃房間里的物品,然后合上書與同伴問答。進一步鞏固所學的語言項目“—Does he have a soccer ball?—Yes,he does.”。教師可以采取計時計數(shù)的方法看哪一組問得最多。

1.We're late!我們遲到了。
late 意為“晚的,遲的”,可作形容詞和副詞。如:
He's late for school again.他上學又遲到了。(形容詞)
The train was 10 minutes late.火車晚了十分鐘。(形容詞)
Don't get up late!不要起床晚了!(副詞)

let's...是表示建議或請求的祈使句句型,let's是let us的縮寫形

let's 與let us在用法上略有區(qū)別:在表示向?qū)Ψ教岢鼋ㄗh,涉及雙方的共同行為時,let us可以縮寫成let's;而表示請求對方允許做某事,不涉及對方行為時,let us不能縮寫成let's。如:
Let's(=Let us)play sports.咱們做運動吧。
Let us know your telephone number.
請把你的電話號碼告訴我們。(Let us 不能縮寫成Let's)

動詞has意為“有”,是have的第三人稱單數(shù)形式,用于主語是第三人稱單數(shù)he,she,it,Li Ping,Bob,her mother,his brother,my sister等或名詞單數(shù)時。如:
She has a brother.她有一個弟弟。
Tom has a new jacket.湯姆有一件新夾克衫。
has的否定式是doesn't have。如:
She doesn't have a clock.她沒有鐘表。

4.play basketball
play basketball意為“打籃球”。“play+球類單數(shù)名詞”意為“踢/打……球”,球類名詞前不能加修飾詞。play還可以和表示樂器的單數(shù)名詞一起構(gòu)成短語,意為“彈/拉……”,但樂器名詞前要加定冠詞the。如:play the guitar,play the piano。
5.That sounds good.那聽起來太好了。
sound意為“聽起來”,是系動詞,常跟形容詞作表語。如:
This music sounds good.這段音樂聽起來很美妙。
That sounds interesting.那聽起來很有趣。
