Part 3 Teaching methods In this lesson, My teaching methods include audio-visual teaching method, communicative teaching method, and task-based teaching methods. Besides, a computer, blackboard, a tape recorder, a projector are needed as the teaching aids. Part 4 Teaching procedures There are five steps in my teaching procedures. But before teaching, I will divide the whole class into 4 groups to do competitions while finish different tasks in this lesson. And then fill in the blanks in a short passage present on the PPT. The short passage is made up from the article, and the answers are the language points in this lesson. Step 5 Homework (2mins) go over today lesson and preview the next lesson go to the library or search on the internet to get more extra material about this topic and then write a report. Its my favorite movie. Whats your favorite movie"(教師這個時候把這個句型寫在黑板上,引起學生的注意。)提出這個問題以后,讓學生說說自己看過的影片,操練本課的重點句型:Whats your favorite " 操練結(jié)束以后,老師繼續(xù)說:I like Harry Potter, because he is a good student. He works very hard and does so well. .dakao8. Lets see how he works, ok" (用幻燈片展示Harry Potter上課的情形) (Harry Potter這個電影片段主要是考慮到學生本身對這個人物比較感興趣,有利于激發(fā)學生的興趣,其次是因為Harry Potter本身也是一個學生,他在一所魔法學校里讀書,而且學習的課程也很多。這點跟本課比較貼近。使用該片子,教師使用談話的方式,輕松的把話題由Do you like the film" Whats your favorite movie" 提出這個問題以后,讓學生說說自己看過的影片,有利于擴大大家的視野。同時也是為了引出本課的重點句型:Whats your favorite "并讓學生在表達的時候操練該句型。在闡述喜歡HarryPotter的理由時,也是德育教育的一個過程。)Step 2 New words learning T:Doyouknowwhatsubjectitis"跟學生介紹HarryPotter在魔法學校的課程,然后問學生:Andwhatsubjectdowehave"(幻燈片展示學生平時的課程)展示完成以后,進行本單元詞匯的拓展,問學生:Doyouknowanymoresubjects"進行小范圍的提問,并要求回答的學生把詞匯寫在黑板上。(通過介紹HarryPotter在魔法學校的課程,牢牢抓住學生的興趣,從而引出學生平時的課程,使話題貼近生活,也使學生比較容易接受。在掌握新單詞的前提下,進行必要的拓展,有利于擴大學生的視野。)Step3Newsentencepatternslearning3T:Ok, whats your favorite subject" 這里可以先由老師向個別同學提問,然后問:Do you want to know your partners favorite subject . It is a dialogue .It aims to enhance students reading skills. It also provides some new language points for the students to master. 2.This lesson is the first part of Unit2.So if the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit. 3.Such a topic is related to daily life, so it is helpful to raise learning interests of students and it will be also helpful to improve their spoken English. 4. Reading is very important in English learning . It can help the students to master ome reading skills through learning this passage. Moreover, attributive clause also plays an important part in English learning. II. Teaching Aims and Demands On studying the teaching material and analyzing there gulation of childrens growing of mind, I put forward three kinds of teaching objectives according to English syllabus and new lesson standard. 1.
