WG20型蝸桿減速箱體加工工藝規(guī)程及銑側(cè)面夾具設(shè)計(jì)
摘 要
通過(guò)對(duì)蝸桿減速箱體的加工工藝路線的確定,該零件的加工以底面作為基準(zhǔn)是合適的,本加工工藝方案滿足粗基準(zhǔn)選擇的基本要求及精基準(zhǔn)選擇的四項(xiàng)原則。本夾具為專用夾具,該夾具的特點(diǎn)是針對(duì)性強(qiáng)、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、操作簡(jiǎn)便、生產(chǎn)率高。在本次設(shè)計(jì)中,夾具的設(shè)計(jì)滿足機(jī)床夾具總體方案設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求,充分保證零件加工質(zhì)量,具有較高的生產(chǎn)效率和較低的制造成本以及具有良好的結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性。本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要內(nèi)容是機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程編制和工序?qū)S脢A具設(shè)計(jì)。我能綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和其它課程的基本理論和方法,為了能夠完成蝸桿減速箱體機(jī)械加工工藝及銑側(cè)面夾具的設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù),綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的知識(shí),應(yīng)用正確的設(shè)計(jì)方法,制訂了蝸桿減速箱體的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程。結(jié)合工藝設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,熟練應(yīng)用工藝計(jì)算方法,對(duì)相關(guān)工藝內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了正確的分析設(shè)計(jì)和計(jì)算,如切削力、切削功率、切削速度、工藝參數(shù)、定位誤差、夾緊力等。

Abstract
Determined by the process of worm gear box, the parts processing to the bottom as the benchmark is appropriate, the processing technology solutions to meet the four basic requirements of the principle of coarse and fine reference datum. The fixture is a special clamp, and the fixture is characterized by strong pertinence, compact structure, simple operation and high productivity. In this design, fixture design and meet the basic requirements of overall design of the fixture, and fully guarantee the quality of machining and has high production efficiency and low manufacturing cost and good structure technology. The main content of this graduation project is the design of machining process regulations and the design of special fixture for the process. Can I the basic theory and method of technology based mechanical manufacturing and other courses, in order to design tasks to complete the worm gear box mechanical milling process and the side of the fixture, the integrated use of knowledge and apply the correct design method, the machining process planning of worm gear box is established. With the content of process design, calculation method of skilled application process, the process of content analysis and design calculation of the right, such as cutting force, cutting power, cutting speed, process parameters, positioning error the clamping force and so on.
