本文對所設計的立式加工中心作了比較詳盡的描述,主要內(nèi)容包括數(shù)控機床發(fā)展概況、立式加工中心總體設計、進給系統(tǒng)的設計及理論計算、床身與導軌設計和數(shù)控系統(tǒng)設計五個部分。
緒論部分介紹了數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展概況,數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)點,國內(nèi)外數(shù)控系統(tǒng)的現(xiàn)狀,立式加工中心的發(fā)展趨勢,伺服系統(tǒng)的特點,本次課題的設計的內(nèi)容、目的和方法。
立式加工中心的總體設計簡單介紹了此次設計的立式加工中心,給出了該加工中心的主要技術規(guī)格及參數(shù),并對其主要結構進行了簡單的說明,并給出總體布局設計。理論計算部分包括了切削功率的計算,橫向和縱向進給中的滾珠絲桿副參數(shù)計算及選用,橫向和縱向進給中的導軌有關計算以及圓錐齒輪尺寸計算。
進給系統(tǒng)設計部分闡述了進給伺服系統(tǒng)的基本要求,進給傳動系設計的基本要求,重點說明了機械傳動部件的設計和進給機構的設計。
床身與導軌設計主要介紹了床身結構的要求,床身結構設計及導軌設計。
立式加工中心數(shù)控系統(tǒng)設計著重介紹了FUNAC 0數(shù)控系統(tǒng),另外對所設計的典型數(shù)控程序進行了說明。

Abstract
In this paper, the design of vertical machining center made a more detailed description of the main contents include the development situation, vertical machining center CNC machine overall design, the design of feed system and the theoretical calculation, design of lathe bed and guide rail and numerical control system design of five parts.
