摘 要
分析了TL5彈性套柱銷聯(lián)軸器加工工藝過程，提出在制定工件加工工藝時(shí)，要全面考慮影響加工工藝的因素，確定工藝方案時(shí)，首先是要保證加工品質(zhì)，其次則應(yīng)兼顧經(jīng)濟(jì)性。縮短輔助加工時(shí)間，降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率以降低生產(chǎn)成本是機(jī)械加工中面臨的主要問題，而生產(chǎn)中夾具的設(shè)計(jì)是實(shí)現(xiàn)這一目標(biāo)的關(guān)鍵。文章介紹了聯(lián)軸器孔加工工序的專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì)，該夾具的投入使用大大縮短了產(chǎn)品的加工時(shí)間，降低了勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度，提高了設(shè)備效率。

Abstract
Analysis of the elastic sleeve coupling with TL5 processing procedure, the processing technology in the development of the workpiece, we must take full account of the factors that affect the processing technology to determine the process plan, the first is to ensure processing quality, followed by the economy should be balanced. Shorten assisted machining time, reduce labor intensity and improve productivity to reduce cost of production is machining the main problems facing, and the production of fixture design is crucial to achieve this goal. This paper introduces the special coupling hole machining fixture design process, the fixture in use greatly shortened product processing time and reduce labor intensity and improve the equipment efficiency.
