畢 業(yè) 設(shè) 計 中 文 摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計是設(shè)計F釘自動壓扁機，該設(shè)備所要解決的問題是能夠自動連續(xù)將圓鋼絲壓扁成要求厚度的扁鋼絲以實現(xiàn)鋼絲粘合成排，用于高效高速低成本的向排釘生產(chǎn)提供原料。
自動鋼絲壓扁機是鋼材軋制技術(shù)和機械自動化技術(shù)的結(jié)合產(chǎn)物，該系統(tǒng)可在無人看管的情況下自行將鋼絲連續(xù)壓扁到規(guī)定厚度，并在斷絲時自動停機，布線機構(gòu)可將扁線均勻纏卷，鋼絲接入設(shè)備就可自動開卷，自動校直，自動壓扁，自動纏線。
在鋼絲通過校直機構(gòu)后進入軋輥壓軋機構(gòu)，設(shè)備采用兩個軋輥將鋼絲冷軋成扁絲，通過做往復直線運動的布線機構(gòu)將鋼絲均勻纏到輥子上，最終實現(xiàn)鋼絲的自動開卷、校直、壓扁和自動下料。

Title The design of the squashing machine for F nail
Abstract
The graduation project is to design auto-squashing machine for F nail, the problem to be solved is to complete that a round wire will be automatically flatten into a flat wire which is satisfied with the thickness requirements in order to achieve the flat wire and wire rows for efficient high-speed nail to the row of low-cost raw materials reduction.
The auto-squashing machine applies rolled steel wire technology and machinery automation technology, the system can be left unattended when it squash the wire to the required thickness of straight and broken wires in automatic shutdown, and the wiring body can arrange the steel wire regularly when winding line. When we put the wire access to the device, it can automatically open the wire, automatically rectifying, automatically squashing, automatically winding line.
After the wire through the rectifying mechanism, it will be drawn into the pressure roll bodies which equipment use two rolls of cold-rolled steel wire to squash the round wire into a flat wire, and then the flat wire will be arranged regularly evenly wrapped around the wire roller through the wiring mechanism which do the back and forth movement in order to realize the ultimate realization of automatically opening automatically retifying, straightening, flattening and winding.
