摘要
沖壓是塑性加工的基本方法之一。沖壓是在室溫下，利用安裝在壓力機上的模具對材料施力，使其產(chǎn)生分離或塑性變形，從而獲得所需零件的一種壓力加工方法。級進模具的優(yōu)點有：沖壓件質量穩(wěn)定，尺寸精度高，生產(chǎn)率高，成本低材料利用率高易得到復雜制件。
本畢業(yè)設計所要解決的問題是通過動畫的形式來闡述：用始用擋料銷定距的沖孔落料級進模具的工作過程，和工作原理。使復雜的模具在動畫的表現(xiàn)下顯得很容易理解，并進一步學習和理解proe軟件的高級命令。
