摘 要
隨著經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展和人民水平的提高，自動旋轉(zhuǎn)門的應(yīng)用也越來越來越廣泛。它現(xiàn)在為許多賓館、超市、百貨大樓等現(xiàn)代建筑所必備，不僅可以美化出入口環(huán)境，而且具有節(jié)能、防塵、隔音等功能，同時也是建筑智能化的重要標(biāo)志。
本論文主要論述了四翼自動旋轉(zhuǎn)門的設(shè)計過程，其主要對門體、傳動系統(tǒng)、控制系統(tǒng)做了詳細的分析和設(shè)計，提出了采用鋁合金和玻璃等組成門體框架。傳動部分由減速電機和齒輪箱減速機構(gòu)組成，安裝在門中心頂部的保護罩內(nèi).用PLC負責(zé)完成控制任務(wù)，由變頻器來實現(xiàn)門體多種轉(zhuǎn)速的調(diào)節(jié)功能。采用紅外線傳感器檢測進出旋轉(zhuǎn)門的人員流動，使用多個接觸式和非接觸式傳感器及光電接近開關(guān)來確保通行安全。設(shè)計出了一種安全可靠實用的四翼旋轉(zhuǎn)門。

ABSTRACT
The automatic revolving door is becoming more and more widespread with the development of economic,it is used in modern buildings as many hotels、supermarkets and department stores.Not only can beauty the entrance environment, but also has function of economizing、dust palliative and soundproof.Meanwhile,it is an important symbol of the intelligent building.
This paper mainly discusses the design about gate body、transmission system and control system of the four wings automatic revolving door It proposed that the door frame is composed of glass and aluminum framework. Transmission system is fixed on the top of shaft that include a reduer and gears transmition . PLC is responsible for the task of controller and the function of rotational speed is rely on the VVF. People passing in and out of the revolution door is checked by the infrared ray sensor, the safety of people are ensured by a number of contact and non-contact sensors and photoelectric proximity switches.On the end, have designed a kind of function practical、safety dependablely revolving door.
