For demand of cubic car-base Park in society, The paper analyzed characteristics of every kind of cubic car-base Park, elected a kind of mechanical cubic car- basePark---the up-down and translation cubic car-base Park which could meet thesociety demand. The smsolver was used to comprehensively analyze the up- down and translation cubic car-base park. Including intension of the framework structure and axes etc, The optimal design was performed on the framework structure and part structure, it added intension and reduced the whole weight. The paper adopted PLC as control system in designing the up-down and translation cubic car-base park. The result proved that adopted PLC as control system is simple and easy to realize. The characteristic of stabilization, credibility ,speediness and high capability made the control system very perfection. In order to satisfy using demand in design cubic car-base park, according to criterion of mechanical parking systems-general safety requirement and the facts of the up- down and translation cubic car-base park the paper introduced some safety technique which was used in the up-down and translation cubic car-base park. This can ensure absolute safety for Car and make the whole car-base park safety and running smooth. The sample of car-base park was founded and tested, this car-base park run well. Every index is higher criterion of country. It is successful and creationary that the paper adopted optimal design and control system.
