摘要: 萬(wàn)向節(jié)滑動(dòng)叉位于傳動(dòng)軸的端部。它的主要作用：一是傳遞扭矩，使汽車(chē)獲得前進(jìn)的動(dòng)力；二是當(dāng)汽車(chē)后橋鋼板彈簧處在不同的狀態(tài)時(shí)，由本零件可以調(diào)整傳動(dòng)軸的長(zhǎng)短及其位置。零件的兩個(gè)叉頭部位上有兩個(gè)孔，用以安裝滾針軸承并與十字軸相連，起萬(wàn)向聯(lián)軸節(jié)的作用。零件上的花鍵孔與傳動(dòng)軸端部的花鍵軸相配合，用于傳遞動(dòng)力之用。
本設(shè)計(jì)主要編制該零件的機(jī)械加工工藝規(guī)程，并設(shè)計(jì)其中一道工序的專用夾具，并撰寫(xiě)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明書(shū)。此次設(shè)計(jì)培養(yǎng)了我熟悉并運(yùn)用有關(guān)手冊(cè)、規(guī)范、圖表等技術(shù)資料的能力。進(jìn)一步鍛煉了我識(shí)圖、制圖、運(yùn)算、編寫(xiě)技術(shù)文件和操作CAD等基本能力。

Abstract: Fork sliding universal joints at the end of the shaft. The design of the main components of the preparation of the machining process planning and design processes in which a special fixture to work together and write a design specification. The design of the training I am familiar with and use of the manual, specification, diagrams and other technical information. Further training of my knowledge map, drawing, calculations, preparation of technical documents and the basic ability to operate CAD.
