摘 要
汽車(chē)制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是汽車(chē)各個(gè)系統(tǒng)中最為重要的。如果制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)失靈,那么結(jié)果將會(huì)是毀滅性的。制動(dòng)器實(shí)際上是一個(gè)能量轉(zhuǎn)化裝置,這種轉(zhuǎn)化實(shí)際上是把汽車(chē)的動(dòng)能轉(zhuǎn)換為汽車(chē)的熱能揮發(fā)出去,當(dāng)制動(dòng)器制動(dòng)時(shí),驅(qū)動(dòng)程序來(lái)命令十倍于以往的力來(lái)使汽車(chē)停止下來(lái)。制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)可以發(fā)揮上千磅的壓力來(lái)分配給四個(gè)制動(dòng)器。
盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器又稱(chēng)為碟式制動(dòng)器,這種制動(dòng)器散熱快、重量輕、構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、調(diào)整方便,特別是高負(fù)載時(shí)耐高溫性能好,制動(dòng)效果穩(wěn)定,而且不怕泥水侵襲,在冬季和惡劣路況下行車(chē),盤(pán)式制動(dòng)比鼓式制動(dòng)更容易在較短的時(shí)間內(nèi)令車(chē)停下。有些盤(pán)式制動(dòng)器的制動(dòng)盤(pán)上還開(kāi)了許多小孔,加速通風(fēng)散熱,提高制動(dòng)效率。由制動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì)的一般原則,綜合考慮制動(dòng)效能、制動(dòng)效能穩(wěn)定性、制動(dòng)間隙調(diào)整簡(jiǎn)便性、制動(dòng)器的尺寸和質(zhì)量及噪聲等諸多因素設(shè)計(jì)本產(chǎn)品。在設(shè)計(jì)中涉及到同步系數(shù)的選取、制動(dòng)器效能因素的選取、制動(dòng)力矩的計(jì)算,以及制動(dòng)器主要元件選取,最后對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的制動(dòng)器進(jìn)行校核計(jì)算。

Abstract
The braking system is the most important system in car. If the brakes fail, the result can be disastrous. brakes are actually energy conversion devices, which convert the kinetic energy of the vehicle into thermal energy .when stepping on the brakes, the drivers commands a stopping force ten times as powerful as the force that puts the car in motion. the braking system can exert thousands of pounds of pressure on each of the four brakes.
The disc brake is called the small dish type brake, this kind of brake radiates quickly, the weight light, the structure simple, the adjustment is convenient, specially when high load the performance is good, applies the brake the effect to be stable, moreover did not fear the spate attack, under the winter and the bad state of roads the driving, the disc type applies the brake compared to the drum type to apply the brake to stop easily in the short time the vehicle. On some disc brake disc has also opened many eyelets, accelerates to ventilate the radiation, enhances the brake efficiency. The principle of the design to the brake system. Synthesize the consideration of the effect to the brake system, the stability of the effect to the brake system, the simple and convenient of the brake cleft adjusting, the size and quantity of the brake system, the same of the brake system and so on to design the product. In this design, adhere to synchronously the coefficient selects by examinations, affect factor selects of the brake system. The calculation of the brake moment, and the selects of the important parts of the brake system , check the whole design at last.
