I端蓋落料拉深模設計摘 要：本論文介紹了帶凸緣件拉深的成形方法和條件及其拉深模的設計過程，拉深是利用拉深模在壓力機的壓力作用下，將平板預制金屬坯料或空心工序件制成開口空心件而不產(chǎn)生過度起皺、變薄和拉裂的加工方法。它可以成行出帶直邊、斜邊或兩者混合或帶彎曲邊的圓柱形或盒形的制件。本文要設計的制件為帶凸緣圓柱形件。拉深模結構較簡單。根據(jù)拉深模使用的壓力機類型不同，拉深?？煞譃閱蝿訅毫C用拉深模和雙動壓力機拉深模；根據(jù)工序組合可分為單工序拉深、復合工序拉深和連續(xù)工序拉深；根據(jù)壓料情況可分為有壓邊裝置和無壓邊裝置拉深。本文要設計的模具為單動壓力機復合工序壓邊裝置拉深,內容主要包括模具結構設計、零部件的加工以及裝配、應用 CAD 進行各重要零件的設計等。關鍵詞：拉深；模具裝配；模具結構IIAbstract：The paper introduces the methods， process and conditions of drawing with flange .Drawing is the process of changing a flat，precut blank into a hollow vessel without excessive wrinking，thinking，or fracturing . The various forms produced may be cylindrical or box shaped with straight or tapered or curved sides.The part introduced this paper is cylindrical and a part with flange.The structure of drawing dies is simple. According to the differend kinds of presss used by the dies，drawing dies can be divided into single action dies、double action dies. According to the differend methods of compositing of stations，drawing dies can be divided into single station，compound station dies and continous stations drawing dies. According to a die whether has pressure pad or not，drawing dies can be divided into dies with pressure pads and dies without pressure pads. The die introduced this paper is a single action，compound station die which has a pressure pad. The paper consists of the design of the drawing die structure，the manufacturer and assembling of the portion of the die，and the applacation of CAD in designing dies.Key words： Drawing; The assembling of the die; Die structureIII
