墊片沖壓成型工藝及其模具設(shè)計摘要：本設(shè)計題目為墊片沖裁模設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了板類沖裁零件的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進(jìn)一步加強了設(shè)計者沖壓模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并總結(jié)了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設(shè)計運用沖裁成型工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成型結(jié)構(gòu)對制件質(zhì)量的影響，然后是卸料推件裝置的設(shè)計，模具成型部分和總裝結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。該套墊片沖裁模具介紹了一般沖裁模具設(shè)計時要注意的要點，并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。而針對本素材時根據(jù)零件特征結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，盡量減少制造成本的情況下，對墊片沖裁模的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了合理的理論計算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設(shè)計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用 CAD 進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞：工藝分析，排樣，沖裁復(fù)合模Filling piece ramming formation craft and mold designAbstract：The molding process of workpiece parts, the effect analysis to workpiece parts quality caused by molding structure, as well as the discharging and knockout device design, partial and general design of mold moulding introduced respectively.
