西南石油大學(xué)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)(論文)摘 要固定管板式換熱器是管殼式換熱器的一種典型結(jié)構(gòu),也是目前應(yīng)用比較廣泛的一種換熱器。這類換熱器具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、緊湊、可靠性高、適應(yīng)性廣的特點(diǎn),并且生產(chǎn)成本低、選用的材料范圍廣、換熱表面的清洗比較方便。固定管板式換熱器能承受較高的操作壓力和溫度,因此在高溫高壓和大型換熱器中,其占有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。本次設(shè)計(jì)的題目是乙二醇塔底進(jìn)料換熱器的設(shè)計(jì),課題預(yù)期達(dá)到的目標(biāo)為:換熱器面積的計(jì)算(實(shí)際換熱面積:92.6mm2),管程殼程壓力降的計(jì)算(小于等于0.4MPa),工藝結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸的計(jì)算:管程數(shù)(1管程),換熱管的確定(內(nèi)徑:19mm 數(shù)量:500根),殼體內(nèi)徑(600mm),殼程數(shù)(1殼程)的計(jì)算,折流板的選型(形式:弓形折流板,數(shù)量:13)等。 換熱器的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算:對(duì)筒體、管箱厚度的計(jì)算和校核,對(duì)殼體及管箱各處開孔補(bǔ)強(qiáng),對(duì)延長(zhǎng)部分兼做法蘭的計(jì)算及強(qiáng)度核算。經(jīng)水壓試驗(yàn)、壓力校核后顯示結(jié)果全部合格。換熱器的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì):折流板、法蘭(甲型平焊法蘭)、換熱管、支座(鞍式支座)、墊片(石棉橡膠板墊片)的規(guī)格及選型。完善設(shè)計(jì)圖紙及設(shè)計(jì)說明書。關(guān)鍵詞:換熱器;工藝;結(jié)構(gòu);強(qiáng)度 AbstractFixed tube plate heat exchanger is a typical structure of the shell and tube heat exchanger and a wide range of heat exchanger. This type of heat exchanger has the characteristics of a simple structure, compact, high reliability and wide adaptability , and low cost of the production, wide choice of used materials, more convenient of cleaning heat exchanger the surface .
