553 Kd1080型載貨汽車后橋總成設(shè)計(jì)（有exb圖）,553,Kd1080型載貨汽車后橋總成設(shè)計(jì)（有exb圖）,kd1080,載貨,汽車,后橋,總成,設(shè)計(jì),exb 河南科技大學(xué)車輛與動力工程學(xué)院畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說明書 Kd1080型載貨汽車后橋總成設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 本設(shè)計(jì)為中型載貨汽車的后橋總成設(shè)計(jì)。在本設(shè)計(jì)中后橋?yàn)轵?qū)動橋，是汽車傳動系主要總成之一，具有承載車身和驅(qū)動汽車的功用。后橋設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)滿足汽車動力性，經(jīng)濟(jì)性的要求，并符合汽車運(yùn)動學(xué)規(guī)律。 根據(jù)本車的各項(xiàng)具體參數(shù)，經(jīng)過必要的論證分析，確定了本次所設(shè)計(jì)的驅(qū)動橋的結(jié)構(gòu)方案。后橋采用非斷開式驅(qū)動橋殼，單級螺旋錐齒輪主減速器，對稱式圓錐行星齒輪差速器，半浮式支承半軸，驅(qū)動車輪為四個(gè)，后橋采用軸承為圓錐滾子軸承。在已知主傳動比的情況下，選擇準(zhǔn)螺旋錐齒輪主減速器齒輪的型式，目的是為了降低成本,并且工作平穩(wěn)，噪聲小。對稱式圓錐行星齒輪差速器結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用可靠。半浮式半軸結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，所受載荷較大。圓錐滾子軸承承載能力強(qiáng)，且有利于主減速器齒輪副調(diào)整。 在說明書的計(jì)算部分，說明了主要參數(shù)選擇的依據(jù)，對主減速器，差速器，半軸和驅(qū)動橋殼進(jìn)行了尺寸和強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。此外，還計(jì)算了主減速器支撐軸承的壽命。本文提供了關(guān)于以上計(jì)算的詳細(xì)計(jì)算依據(jù)、步驟和計(jì)算數(shù)據(jù)。 關(guān)鍵詞：驅(qū)動橋，半軸齒輪，差速器，半軸 DESIGN OF REAR AXLE FOR MEDIUM GOODS VEHICLE ABSTRACT The aim of this project is to design the rear axle for the medium goods vehicle. The rear axle acts as the driving axle in this project., which is used to bear the frame and drive the car. The design of the rear axle should meet with the requirement of the performance of power and economic, and the same time, it must be accord to the principle of the mechenics of vehicle. According the specific parameters of the driving system and necessary reasoning, this rear axle conclude the integrated driving axle housing, the main drive of single spiral bevel gear ,the differential with taper planetary gear, the half axle and so on. There are four driving wheel and the bearings that the rear axle used are both taper roller bearings. With the provision of the drive ratio, the spiral bevel gear is selected in this design, which aimed to minimize the cost and make little noise. The differential with the symmetric taper planetary has a relatively simple structure, and it is reliable. The calculation section of this paper is mainly concerning about the physical dimension of the gear of the main drive and the differential,the driving axle, and the strength proofread of it. In addition, the strength proofread of it. In addition, the life of the bearing of the main drive is also calculated in this section.Majority of computations basis,the step and the estimated data for these project and advanced in paper.
