清障車后翼板成型工藝與成型模具設計,清障車,后翼板,成型,工藝,模具設計 摘要 摘要 本文的主要內容是通過分析清障車后翼板的工藝，對清障車后翼板的成型工藝進行對比確定分析。在成型工藝分析的基礎上合理選擇成型工藝方法和彎曲成型模具類型，進而進行彎曲成型模具的設計。本文首先對零件的工藝性進行了分析；根據(jù)零件的工藝性確定了成型工藝方案以及模具類型；根據(jù)確定好的成型工藝方案和模具類型對成型工藝參數(shù)和模具的工作尺寸進行了詳細的計算校核；接著根據(jù)工藝參數(shù)對壓力機進行了選擇確定；最后對成型模具進行設計繪制并在做了總結。 關鍵詞：后翼板 成型工藝 彎曲模 模具設計 Abstract The main content is that through the process analysis of the After Empennage of Road-block Removal Trucks, determining and contrasting the forming process. Basising on the analysis of the forming process, reasonably choice the method of forming process and bending die type, then designing the forming of bending die. In this paper, the process of the parts were first analyzed; according to the process of the parts, the programmer of forming process and die type was determined; according to the established programme of forming process and die type, a detailed calculation checking for the parameters and die size of the work was carried out; then according to the process parameters, the Press was confirmed; Finally, the forming die was designed and drawn and a concluding was made.
