1摘 要緊固件組合機床及其自動線在當今機械制造業(yè)中扮演著越來越重要的角色,其技術性能和綜合自動化水平在很大程度上決定著相關部門的發(fā)展。隨著科學技術的不斷發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的以繼電器控制為基礎的緊固件組合機床愈加與先進生產(chǎn)力不相適應,在這種情況下,可編程序控制技術以其靈活性好,可靠性高,通用性強,逐漸取代了繼電器控制方式,成為當代工業(yè)控制的主要發(fā)展方向。本論文詳細敘述了緊固件組合機床的 PLC 控制系統(tǒng)的設計,分析了系統(tǒng)的主電路及控制電路圖,并根據(jù)系統(tǒng)運行要求,確定了機床及控制系統(tǒng)的元件型號,作出了 PLC 的外部接線圖。文本利用西門子 S7-200PLC 分別從全線自動,單機半自動,單機手動三種工作方式對裝卸、打中心孔、鉆孔、倒角、擴孔以及攻絲加工六工位緊固件組合機床的程序的設計。關鍵詞: 緊固件組合機床 PLC 程序設計2ABSTRACTCombination machine tools and automatic line plays a more and more important role in today's machinery manufacturing industry, the technical performance and the comprehensive automation level decides the development of relevant departments in the very great degree.
