摘 要
眾所周知,“實踐是檢驗真理的唯一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”。科學(xué)實驗在人類認(rèn)識和探索自
然規(guī)律的過程中起著至關(guān)重要的作用,可以說沒有實驗就沒有現(xiàn)代科學(xué)。液壓傳
動技術(shù)是機械類專業(yè)的一門基礎(chǔ)課程。液壓教學(xué)實踐表明,該課程只有通過理論
和實驗相結(jié)合的方式教學(xué)才能取得良好的教學(xué)效果。為了滿足現(xiàn)代化液壓教學(xué)的
要求,本文提出了一種基于PLC控制的多功能液壓實驗臺。根據(jù)該液壓實驗臺
的用途,設(shè)計了液壓系統(tǒng)的總體方案,并將液壓仿真軟件成功用于該實驗臺,最
后設(shè)計出實驗臺控制程序。該多功能液壓教學(xué)實驗臺在液壓教學(xué)方面有著廣泛的
應(yīng)用前景。
本論文對傳統(tǒng)型與現(xiàn)代型液壓綜合實驗臺的研究現(xiàn)狀做了全面的綜述,對液壓實驗臺的發(fā)展趨勢做了詳細的分析,并對液壓教學(xué)中常用的液壓元件和基本液壓回路的組成和原理進行了詳盡的理論分析、總結(jié),為多功能液壓實驗臺的液壓回路設(shè)計奠定了可靠的理論基礎(chǔ),也為仿真軟件的應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。利用模塊化的設(shè)計思想對多功能液壓實驗臺的液壓回路進行分塊設(shè)計。將各模塊優(yōu)化組合,設(shè)計出多功能液壓實驗臺的液壓回路原理圖,并對其功能進行了詳盡的說明。
液壓綜合實驗臺包括電控、液控等,它的設(shè)計與制造將極大的緩解現(xiàn)有實驗室實驗設(shè)備短缺和落后的現(xiàn)狀,同時電液控綜合實驗臺在整個液壓教學(xué)實驗中將發(fā)揮很大的作用,是液壓教學(xué)實驗中不可缺少的重要組成部分。本論文重點敘述了液壓綜合實驗臺的系統(tǒng)組成和元件設(shè)置。從各方面分析與其它實驗臺的不同點,突出它的綜合性,其最大的優(yōu)點就是可以在一個實驗平臺上做多種實驗,所做實驗各元件和管路可由實驗操作者自行設(shè)計、連接。設(shè)計主要圍繞實驗臺的實驗原理 以及整體結(jié)構(gòu)而展開,然后輔以電氣控制硬件部分的設(shè)計。
