年產(chǎn)27000噸鎂磚生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計
摘 要
近幾年,以鎂砂為主要原料制造的鎂系耐火材料在鋼鐵、玻璃、水泥等行業(yè)的熱工設(shè)備上應(yīng)用廣泛,成為了最重要的堿性耐火材料。鎂質(zhì)耐火材料是以MgO為主要成分,以方鎂石為主晶相的,含MgO80%以上的耐火材料。鎂磚有較高的耐火度,很好的耐堿性渣性能,荷重軟化開始溫度高,但抗熱震性能差。燒結(jié)鎂磚以制磚鎂磚為原料,經(jīng)粉碎、配料、混練、成型后,在1550~1600℃的高溫下燒成,高純制品的燒成溫度在1750℃以上。鎂質(zhì)耐火材料用途廣泛,其獨特的性質(zhì)是其他材料無法替代的。
本次設(shè)計是以10000噸MZ—91和17000噸MZ—95為原材料年產(chǎn)27000噸鎂磚的生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計。本設(shè)計敘述了鎂鉻磚耐火材料的使用條件及其生產(chǎn)工藝理論基礎(chǔ),輔助原料的要求、加工處理方法、產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝流程、物料平衡計算結(jié)果、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選型計算以及生產(chǎn)技術(shù)檢查系統(tǒng)的說明和本設(shè)計主要特點。

The Design of a Production Workshop with 27,000 Tons Magnesia Bricks per Year
Abstract
In recent years, the main raw material in the manufacture of magnesia refractories magnesium widely in the steel, glass, cement and other industries use thermal equipment, has become the most important basic refractories.Magnesia refractories is mainly composed of MgO(more than 80%) and its principal crystalline phase is periclase .Magnesia has high refractoriness, good alkali resistance slag performance, load softening starting temperature is high, but poor thermal shock resistance.Magnesia brick to brick sintered magnesia bricks as raw material, crushing, the ingredients, mixing, after forming, at a high temperature of 1550 ~ 1600 ℃ calcination, calcination products of high purity at a temperature above 1750 ℃.Magnesia refractory wide range of uses, its unique properties can not be replaced by other materials.
The design is based on 10,000 tons and 17,000 tons MZ-91 MZ-95 annual 27,000 tons of raw magnesite brick production plant design.Originally design conclude of the Mg-Cr brick refractory material and theoretical foundation of the production technology, requirement for raw materials, process the method , the production technological process , supplies of the products balance calculation of raw-materials, selecting and calculating of equipment and production technology, inspection system of production, and main characteristic of my design.
