畢業(yè)設計主要內(nèi)容和要求:
以實習礦井許廠煤礦條件為基礎,完成許廠煤礦3.0Mt/a新井設計。主要內(nèi)容包括:礦井概況、礦井工作制度及設計生產(chǎn)能力、井田開拓、首采區(qū)設計、采煤方法、礦井通風系統(tǒng)、礦井運輸提升等。
結合煤礦生產(chǎn)前沿及礦井設計情況,撰寫一篇關于煤巷錨桿支護技術研究的專題論文。
完成與采礦有關的科技論文翻譯一篇,題目為“Control of gas emissions in underground coal mines ”,論文3635字符。

摘 要
本設計包括三個部分:一般部分、專題部分和翻譯部分。
一般部分為許廠礦3.0 Mt/a新井設計。許廠礦位于濟寧市濟寧煤田的東北部,交通較為便利。井田傾向(東西)長約4 km,走向(南北)長約8 km,井田總面積為32.3 km2。主采煤層為3下煤層,平均傾角為10°,煤層平均厚度為8.8 m。井田地質條件較為簡單。
井田工業(yè)儲量為357.33 Mt,礦井可采儲量262.4 Mt 。該礦井服務年限為62.5 a,礦井正常涌水量為1387m3/h,最大涌水量為1928 m3/h。礦井瓦斯相對涌出量為0.49m3/t,屬低瓦斯礦井。
井田為立井兩水平開拓加暗斜井延伸;長壁放頂煤采煤法;礦井通風方式為前期中央并列式,后期兩翼對角式。
礦井年工作日為330d,工作制度為“三八”制。
一般部分共包括10章:1.礦區(qū)概述及井田地質特征;2.井田境界和儲量;3.礦井工作制度及設計生產(chǎn)能力、服務年限;4.井田開拓;5.準備方式-盤區(qū)巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下運輸;8.礦井提升;9.礦井通風與安全技術;10.礦井基本技術經(jīng)濟指標。
專題部分的題目為煤巷錨桿支護技術研究,主要針對國內(nèi)外錨桿支護現(xiàn)狀及其支護理論的一些探討研究。
翻譯部分主要內(nèi)容為煤礦井下瓦斯涌出控制的一些內(nèi)容,英文題目為:Control of gas emissions in underground coal mines。

ABSTRACT
This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.
The general part is a new design of Xuchang mine which designed productive capacity is 3.0 Mt percent year. Xuchang mine lines in north-east of Jining , Shandong province. The traffic of road and railway is convenience to the mine. The width of the minefield is 4 km and the width is about 8 km, the well farmland total area is 32.3km2.The three is the main coal seam, and its average dip angle is 10 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 8.8 m in all.
The proved reserves of the minefield are 357.33 Mt. The recoverable reserves are 262.4 Mt. The service life of the mine is 62.5 years. The normal flow of the mine is 1387 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 1928 m3 percent hour. The mine gas emission rate is 0.49 m3/t which can be recognized as low gas mine.
The well farmland is two levels in combined development of vertical shaft and later slope; the cole mine is the longwall mining; the way of mine ventilation for the central paratactic type, later two wings diagonal type
The working system “three-eight” is used in the Xuchang mine. It produced 330 d/a.
This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9. The ventilation and the safety operation of the mine; 10.The basic economic and technical norms.
The topic of Special subject parts is bolt-anchor cable technology research. Mainly aims at the bolt support in our country and abroad present situation and some theory research of supporting.
The main content of translation is the control of coal mine underground gas emission somet .English topic is: Control of gas emissions in underground coal mines.
