(14)一、液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備能夠提供滿足要求的溫度環(huán)境,用于樣品的濃縮、蒸餾、加熱和其他溫度試驗,在生物、環(huán)保、醫(yī)藥、生化等科研實驗室和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域均有廣泛的應(yīng)用。隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的進(jìn)步和制造業(yè)的發(fā)展,液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備不僅具有優(yōu)越的溫度性能,而且操作簡便、使用安全。結(jié)合成熟的溫度控制系統(tǒng),其具有較高的自動控制程度,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)自動溫控,利于提高工作效率和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易于生產(chǎn)和普遍獲得,具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備用于提供準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定的溫度場,它的計量性能優(yōu)劣直接關(guān)系到科研試驗結(jié)果或產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。因此,液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備計量特性的校準(zhǔn)具有重要的應(yīng)用意義和極大的市場需求。液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備(以下簡稱設(shè)備)是實驗室用于樣品加熱或其他溫度實驗的常用設(shè)備,設(shè)備一般由槽體、加熱(制冷)器和溫控系統(tǒng)三部分組成。槽體一般為長方體或圓柱體。設(shè)備所使用的液體介質(zhì)一般根據(jù)使用的溫度范圍和使用需要來選擇,常見的液體介質(zhì)有水、乙醇、硅油、防凍液等。二、試驗?zāi)康恼莆找后w恒溫試驗設(shè)備的工作原理和技術(shù)參數(shù),選擇適合的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器和配套設(shè)備,通過合理的試驗方法、試驗步驟,從液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備的溫度偏差、溫度均勻度、溫度波動度的技術(shù)指標(biāo)來驗證本規(guī)范的合理性、可行性和適用性。液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備主要有:數(shù)顯恒溫水浴鍋、高精度恒溫槽等。三、測量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及試驗設(shè)備3.1測量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)設(shè)備見表1。表1 測量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)序號儀器名稱型號1A級鉑電阻Pt100溫度范圍(-80300)修正后最大誤差小于0.152溫度巡檢儀PR2053.2液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備選用電熱恒溫水浴鍋,高精度恒溫槽等不同的液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備進(jìn)行試驗。3.2.1電熱恒溫水浴鍋電熱恒溫水浴鍋槽體一般為長方體。槽體底部設(shè)有電熱管和托架,電熱管內(nèi)裝有電爐絲并用絕緣材料包裹,有導(dǎo)線連接溫度控制器,溫度控制器的全部電器部件均裝在水浴鍋的電器箱內(nèi),一般采用數(shù)字顯示智能控溫。電熱恒溫水浴鍋特點是操作簡單,價格低廉,使用安全,但是一般不具備攪拌(射流)功能,均勻度較差。3.2.2 高精度恒溫水槽高精度恒溫槽槽體一般為長方體或圓柱體。槽體內(nèi)設(shè)有加熱(制冷)器及攪拌(射流)裝置。溫控系統(tǒng)對加熱(制冷)器自動調(diào)節(jié),設(shè)備因熱量向外擴(kuò)散等原因使槽體內(nèi)溫度低于(高于)設(shè)定值時,使加熱(制冷)器工作,到體系再次達(dá)到設(shè)定的溫度時,又自動停止工作。通過攪拌設(shè)備使槽體內(nèi)溫度均勻。高精度恒溫槽控溫特點是控溫精度高,溫度均勻性度好。3.3測量系統(tǒng)測量系統(tǒng)由9支A級鉑電阻及PR205巡檢儀組成,分辨力為0.001,顯示溫度為修正后數(shù)值。圖 PR205溫度巡檢儀及A級鉑電阻四、實驗內(nèi)容1.液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備溫度參數(shù)試驗1.1測量點的位置及數(shù)量設(shè)備的工作空間一般應(yīng)由制造商提供的產(chǎn)品說明書規(guī)定。若產(chǎn)品說明未規(guī)定工作空間,則應(yīng)根據(jù)表2確定工作空間。如果加熱(制冷)裝置位于槽體的底部或側(cè)面,工作空間的計算應(yīng)從加熱(制冷)裝置靠近工作空間的表面開始計算。如槽體具有擋板、隔板等隔離設(shè)施,則從擋板、隔板開始計算。一般情況下,工作空間上表面距離液面不應(yīng)少于30mm。表2槽體尺寸距底面、液面(或隔板)距槽壁(或擋板、加熱器、冷卻器)長方體槽體:W*D*H0.15H0.15W或0.15D圓柱體槽體:Dia*H0.15H0.15 Dia注:以操作者正常操作為基點,W表示槽體左右方向尺寸,D表示槽體前后方向尺寸,H表示液體介質(zhì)液位的高度,Dia表示槽體的直徑。當(dāng)工作空間為長方體時,傳感器一般應(yīng)布置在工作空間的八個角點及幾何中心點共9個測量點,如圖2所示。當(dāng)工作空間為圓柱體時,應(yīng)布置在工作空間上下平面的四個象限點及工作空間幾何中心點共9個測量點,如圖3所示。圖2槽體為長方體時布點示意圖圖3 槽體為圓柱體時布點示意圖液體恒溫實驗設(shè)備也可根據(jù)實際需要或用戶要求確定測量點位置及數(shù)量并圖示說明。1.2數(shù)據(jù)處理1.2.1溫度偏差 (1) (2) 式中:溫度上偏差,;溫度下偏差,;各測量點規(guī)定時間內(nèi)測量的最高溫度,;各測量點規(guī)定時間內(nèi)測量的最低溫度,;設(shè)備設(shè)定溫度,。1.2.2 溫度均勻度 液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備在穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下,工作空間各測量點15min內(nèi)(每1min測試一次)每次測量中實測最高溫度與最低溫度之差的算術(shù)平均值。(3)式中:溫度均勻度,;各測量點在第次測得的最高溫度,;各測量點在第次測得的最低溫度,;測量次數(shù)。1.2.3 采樣間隔試驗,按照每30s采樣1次、每1min采樣一次、每2min采樣一次,每個采樣間隔都記錄16組數(shù)據(jù),將試驗數(shù)據(jù)按1.2中規(guī)定計算后將得到的結(jié)果填入下表。表11 液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備溫度參數(shù)試驗通過對不同種類的液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備溫度參數(shù)在不同溫度點按照規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行了試驗,采用多通道溫度巡檢儀等作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器進(jìn)行了試驗,并按照規(guī)范的數(shù)據(jù)處理要求給出了每個溫度試驗點的結(jié)果,包括溫度上偏差、溫度下偏差、溫度均勻度、溫度波動度的實測結(jié)果。2. 穩(wěn)定時間試驗對液體恒溫試驗設(shè)備達(dá)到設(shè)定值后到可以進(jìn)行校準(zhǔn)的穩(wěn)定時間進(jìn)行了試驗,試驗結(jié)果表明規(guī)范給出的說明性建議是合理可行的。3. 采樣間隔試驗
