恒溫槽溫場穩(wěn)定性試驗 1 試驗目的 了解恒溫槽在穩(wěn)定狀態(tài)下,內(nèi)部各位置之間的溫差(溫場性能)隨時間變化狀況,以確定科學、合理的溫場測試方法。 2 試驗設(shè)備 四線制A級鎧裝鉑電阻溫度計9支; 電測設(shè)備(溫度巡檢儀,型號:暫缺 ,編號:暫缺),分辨力0.001℃; 恒溫槽三臺,編號和溫度范圍見表1。 表1 恒溫槽溫場性能 恒溫槽型號 恒溫槽編號 溫度 暫缺 暫缺 -80℃ 暫缺 暫缺 100℃ 暫缺 暫缺 300℃ 3 試驗方法 3.1將4支溫度計(編號1-4)的底端放置在距液面15cm的水平面上,1支溫度計(編號5)的底端置于距液面30cm的水平面中心位置,4支溫度計(編號6-9)的底端放置在距液面45cm處的水平面上。待溫度穩(wěn)定后,測試各溫度計數(shù)值,每30秒間隔測試一遍。持續(xù)測試4次。 觀察各位置點的溫度變化幅度。 3.2 將4支溫度計(編號1-4)的底端放置在距液面15cm的水平面上,1支溫度計(編號5)的底端置于距液面30cm的水平面中心位置,4支溫度計(編號6-9)的底端放置在距液面30cm處的水平面上,待溫度穩(wěn)定后,測試各溫度計數(shù)值,每30秒間隔測試一遍。持續(xù)測試4次。首先計算各位置點的溫度變化,最后計算所有溫度變化的最大幅度。 4 試驗人員
