摘 要
木制衣架自動拋光機是衣架制造企業(yè)的重要加工設備之一。目前國內衣架制造企業(yè)大多數還是采用人工拋光的方式。為了提高木制衣架拋光效率,進行了木制衣架拋光機設計,具體內容如下:
本設計基于木制衣架拋光機械的研究現狀和發(fā)展狀況,根據拋光機的類型、結構特點和工作原理,結合相關設計手冊,對木制衣架自動拋光機進行了結構設計,電動機的選擇,聯軸器的選擇,鍵的選擇,專用夾具的設計,絲桿的選擇及設計,軸承的選用及機構潤滑劑的選用。該木制衣架結構設計緊湊,能基本完成木制衣架的自動拋光。
動力部分由電動機、減速器,輸入軸為主,其余部分參考外購件的參數加以整合設計。而重點設計的是衣架拋光機拋光部分。在計算過程中,軸的設計及絲桿的選用是重點。首先提出拋光機的工作原理,進行結構設計;然后確定一些原始數據,計算出各個軸及絲桿的轉速、功率、轉矩。最后繪制木制衣架拋光機的裝配圖及典型零件的零件圖,對木制衣架拋光機的關鍵參數進行計算和校核。
零件將全部采用solidworks軟件進行計算機輔助設計,設計過程中經過較為精確的測量和計算后將所得的數據進行三維建模,利用模型進行模擬裝配和干涉檢查。構想通過創(chuàng)建三維模型這樣一個平臺來驗證所做的設計,以便于對設計中的細節(jié)進行改進。設計完成后,利用Solidworks建立木制衣架拋光機的3D裝配模型;較為逼真地體現外型設計的效果及木制衣架拋光機的主要結構及尺寸關系,繪制二維的零件圖,裝配圖。
