山東大學本科生畢業(yè)設計(論文)摘 要目前很多沖壓生產線的模下廢料均由人工清掃,機箱裝載。手工生產線需停機清掃。自動生產線雖不停機,但清掃時極不安全。同時手工清掃廢料及目前廢料收集方式使整個生產現場顯得零亂。廢料滿地散落,場地不清潔,人工清除廢料勢必停機作業(yè),影響生產效率。隨著產品更新替換速度的加快,產品的規(guī)格變化多端,多種少量之生產方式已非常之普遍。各種模具墊腳,墊腳間距幾何位置不一,并隨快速換模的導入,夾模器的干涉,規(guī)格品的輸送裝置已無法適應。如何從模下自動清除廢料,并適應其種種之變化,成為同行業(yè)界的一個難點。為滿足生產的需求,提高工作效率,一種獨特的輸送裝置可自行清除模下廢料。該裝置由安裝架、工織皮帶輸送帶、廢料輸送機等部件組成。該輸送裝置設計的獨特之處在于:使用一臺馬達同時驅動多條輸送帶,解決了一臺馬達驅動一條輸送帶所帶來的橫向空間不夠的問題;輸送帶橫向位置可任意調整,已適應不同的墊腳位置;一種輸送帶寬度可適應一定范圍的墊腳間距,輸送帶可任意組合,已適應不同寬度;換模時可方便地移動輸送帶,且各皮帶整體及單個皮帶伸入模具下的深度可調,適應不同的模具尺寸;換線時,可方便地更換輸送帶;超薄皮帶可越過夾模器或壓板的阻擋,更好地利用空間。沖壓廢料自動輸送裝置是一種適應性強,效率高,安全可靠,靈活多變的組合式廢料輸送設備,配以鏈板式輸送機,對每一條生產線的廢料進行集中收集,或配以電磁送料機,廢料箱進行單臺沖床廢料收集,從而可進一步提高沖壓生產的自動化程度,實現沖壓作業(yè)區(qū)的無人化,極大地提高生產效率。關鍵詞:廢料;自動;輸送;電磁送料機ABSTRACTAt present under very many ramming production line mold waste material by hand sweeping, case loading. Automated production line although not engine off, when sweeps clear is not extremely secure Simultaneously manually sweeps clear the waste material and the present waste material collection mode causes the entire production scene to appear in disorder. The waste material everywhere scatters, the location is not clean, the man-power will clear away rubbish inevitably the engine off job, will affect the production efficiency.Along with product update replace speed speeding up, the product specification , the many kinds of few production method has been extremely common. Each kind of mold pad foot, fronts the foot spacing several positions not one, and along with fast trades the mold inducting, clamps the mold interference, the specification feed way has-been unable to adapt. How automated clears away rubbish from the mold, and adapts its all sorts of changes, becomes the colleague field difficulty. In order to satisfy the production the demand, enhances the working efficiency, one kind of unique feed way may voluntarily clear under the mold the waste material. This equipment by is peaceful, the labor weaves part and so on leather belt conveyor belt, waste material conveyer is composed.
