電飯煲傳感器外殼的工藝分析與模具設計

摘要：學習、研究和發(fā)展冷沖壓技術(shù)，對發(fā)展我國國民經(jīng)濟和加速現(xiàn)代化工業(yè)建設具有重要意義。本文主要是對電飯煲傳感器外殼的工藝分析及模具設計。首先，對電飯煲傳感器的外殼進行了工藝分析，電飯煲傳感器外殼的外形是圓柱形，確定了毛坯尺寸、拉深次數(shù)、模具的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及排樣方式；然后選擇了合適的壓力機，把凹模、凸模的尺寸設計出來、選擇了合適的模架、卸料裝置、推件裝置、導向零件、模柄、凸模和凹模的固定板及墊板；最后用dynaform對設計的模具進行了紡真驗證，用CAD軟件繪制了本模具的工程圖。

Abstract:The study， research and development are cold to hurtle to press a technique， to development our country national economy and acceleration modernize industrial construction to have important meaning.This text is mainly craft analysis and molding tool design which spreads a feeling machine outer shell to the rice cooker.Spread the outer shell of feeling machine to carry on a craft analysis to the rice cooker first， made sure semi-finished product size and pull structure form and the row kind method of deep number of times， molding tool;Then chose suitable pressure machine， come out， chose the size design of cave and convex mold a suitable mold， unload to anticipate device and push a device， the direction spare parts， mold handle， convex mold with fixed plank and plastic sheet of cave mold;Finally drew the engineering diagram of this molding tool with the CAD software.
