摘要
沖壓是利用安裝在壓力機上的模具對板材施加壓力或拉力，使其產生分離或塑性變形，從而獲得所需沖壓件的一種壓力加工方法。
我的畢業(yè)設計課題——柳州五菱1010PSB散熱器側板沖壓模設計，通過本次的設計，主要熟悉了落料和沖孔的模具設計。
這里我說明一下工作原理：先是上模部分下行，先接觸并且靠在下模部分的是裝在上模部分的推件板，它對板料實行壓料的作用，緊接著就是上模繼續(xù)下行,所有沖孔凸模，落料凹模，下模部分凸凹模接觸板料，完成沖孔落料動作，此時工件卡在上模部分的凹模中，當上模部分上行時，推件板在彈性橡膠的作用下，把工件從凹模中彈出，這樣落料動作也完成。廢料在頂件板的作用下被頂出,此時一個完整的沖裁和落料動作完成。

Here I?explain the working?principle:?first?is the?upper die?part?down,?first contactand?on the?lower mold part?is?arranged on the?panel?on the?part of mold,?itimplements the?function?of?material?pressing?plate,?followed by the?upper die?to continue downward,?all?punching die,?blanking die,?die?some?punch?contactsheet,?complete?punching blanking?action,?at the?card?on the concave die?diepart of the?die,?as?part of?the uplink,?the pushing plate?under the action of?theelastic rubber,?the workpiece is?ejected from?the die?blanking,?such?action?also completed.?Waste is?the top?in the?top?board,?then?a complete?punching andblanking?finish.
